This property is a 7, 434 square ft private lot with a privacy fence surrounding the property. There is a fire pit, picnic table, bbq grill, string lights around the property to light it up at night for you party people🥳. If quiet and private is your style this lot will fit your vibe as well. It’s located very close to splashway water park so that is easy access, also less than a mile from dollar general store and gas station. Whistling Duck winery is a short country ride away as well.Site 1 is a private rv spot with two 30 and 50 amp plugs inside a 7, 434 square ft private lot. There are some oak trees for nice shade and gravel floor for clean walking. A picnic table, bbq and fire pit are there along with all amenities of full hook up including electric, water and sewer is all there. Build a campfire, cook outside play music, enjoy yourself. 🥂. Splashway water park is very close and so is Whistling Duck winery. There is also a Dollar General and convenient store right down the road.

Beautiful campsite.
Really loved staying with Chad. Site was very clean and really well set-up. Had every hook-up we needed, also the fire pit and smoker were great. Chad was an amazing host, great communication throughout the day and even met us at night to make sure we got in ok (even though we arrived late on a Friday night). He even provided fire wood for us! Splashaway water park was very close, but unlike camping there, you get lots of privacy at Chad's site. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!
