Welcome to our RV site tucked away on this 8-acre rural property located on the outskirts of North-East Murfreesboro. The graveled parking area measures 60' by 20' and offers a decent amount of privacy and a break from the city. This site is situated off to the side of the front yard in what we call "the triangle." Only short term stays please, no more than 60 consecutive days. Our single site offers water and electric hookups (50, 30, and 20 amp). We have a dump station on the property located just 200' from the site and we can provide a towable dump tank at no additional charge. Additionally, the site includes high-speed WiFi and Ethernet Internet access for your convenience. You'll have the entire front yard's approximately three, non-wooded, acres to walk dogs or simply enjoy a stroll. At night, the low light pollution offers amazing views of the sky while deer can often be seen crossing the property. Door Dash and other food delivery apps service this area. Plus, we're just 15 minutes away from several points of interest in the area, including the Richard Siegel Soccer Complex, MTSU, Stones River National Battlefield, and the equestrian center. Security cameras are in use on this property with one that can see the RV site from about 100 yards away. Other cameras can see the front yard. None of them are focused on the RV site nor is it our intention to monitor the RV site.You can back in or pull in to this site. Try to avoid driving on the grass as much as possible, but we understand it's often unavoidable until we widen the RV pad's entrance. Once you arrive, you'll find the hookups are immediately ready for use and are all standard connections. The water pressure is high and we've now added an adjustable pressure regulator at the site which is set at 40 PSI. It's up to you to determine if this is appropriate for your RV or feel free to add your own in series after ours. A water filter is also recommended in this area. For Internet, the site includes both WiFi and hardwired Ethernet. When using the Ethernet hookup, please securely close the weatherproof latch once connected and enjoy our gigabit connection. 20% discount available for weekly bookings; 35% discount available for the maximum 29 day booking; We prefer that stays remain less than 60 consecutive days.

Great space. Great host. Very peaceful, beautiful property. Host was very accommodating. We stayed here for a horse show but would come back just to enjoy a peaceful camping trip.

It was nice and quiet. It was in a good neighborhood outside of the town area. He provided some amenities I had not seen before like: dedicated gigabit ethernet connection, a portable waste tank provided, and a pressure regulator installed already. If we go back to the area we would like to stay here again.

User Friendly and Beautiful!

Jay’s place is super nice. Lots of quiet green space all around. Super clean, and beautiful surroundings. Great place outside of Nashville to hook up, relax and enjoy. Jay is also very nice and accommodating. Pulling in was easy and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the rich historical area. Highly Recommend!

Jay is a spectacular host with excellent communication & goes out of his way to provide a welcoming spot in a convenient location. Loved the added touches...fire pit with cooking grate, patio table under a shade tree, recycle & trash bins, Ethernet & wifi, add on of farm fresh eggs & firewood. Although hook ups are only water & electric, Jay provides a tote & dump station nearby for black water. Easy in & out, level rock pad for our 30' RV. Plenty of room for our croquet games & pet friendly. Enjoyed the deer, rabbits & birds. I would camp here again & highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you, Jay
