Nestled in Asheville’s historic Montford neighborhood, this cozy hideaway encompasses the best of both worlds, offering both privacy & convenience.
You’re just a one-mile walk from the center of downtown (Pritchard Park, home of Asheville’s infamous weekly drum circle) and all of the best breweries and restaurants Asheville has to offer. If you’re in town to enjoy the music or art scene the River Arts District provides, you’re equally centrally located; stroll just five minutes down the hill via your backyard gate to enjoy concerts at Salvage Station, Asheville’s premiere outdoor music venue. Or, pick up the ten-mile riverside pedestrian and bike path to explore the French Broad River and the eclectic River Arts District.

This includes exclusive use of private deck with separate entrance, laundry room, kitchenette, and fenced-in backyard complete with grill, outdoor stone fire pit and patio, hot tub and gated access to the street leading to the nearby River Arts District.
During weekday and daylight hours, friendly farm workers may be present in the guest garden, though never on your enclosed porch.
