Old farm converted into family get away. There are trails on property along with a stream (depending on rain how much it is flowing) at the lower portion of the trail, that can be ridden with bicycles. The trail is about 1 mile to the far field and back with hills. There is a community firepit with wood available. (Cut your own or pay for bundles) There is a picnic table for your use. There are 2 bathrooms, handicap accessible, but currently no shower. There is also a building/venue that is available for events (separate fee): family reunions, birthday parties, weddings, your event.Come enjoy a night under the stars at the end of a country back road. Listen to the sound of the whippoorwills and watch the fireflies take over the flied as the sun sets. Convenient shopping only 10 minutes away, complete with a Walmart and fast food. Go on an adventure down the Dan River at any of the nearby river accesses. If you want to relax by the river side, go only 10 minutes away to the Mayo River State Park access and an enjoy a beautiful longue by the water. Martinville speedway is 15 minutes to the north, Hanging Rock state park is 30 minutes to the west.

Great place to stay
Enjoyed my stay, even though I was only there for one night. Host was great. Area is very clean with a picnic table and fire ring. I will be staying there again if my travels lead me in this direction.

Absolutely loved out stay! It was suge a large area and we still had our privacy. Morning were the absolute best, it was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be coming back!
