Nestled in the quaint town of Lansing, NC, our Hipcamp is just 30 minutes from downtown West Jefferson’s shopping, restaurants, and local breweries, and 25 minutes from the Virginia Creeper bike trail. In 20 minutes, you can be hiking among wild horses at Grayson Highlands State Park, with stunning mountain views.

While the town is in recovery, key local spots like The Liar’s Bench, Molly Chomper, The Log House, and Lost Province are still open and welcoming visitors. The site features a 50 ft concrete pad with electric and water hookups. Relax under the gazebo, complete with patio furniture, or enjoy evenings by the small fireplace overlooking the peaceful pond. While there’s no sewer hookup at the moment, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy the fresh mountain air and listen to the calming sounds of nature.
