The property was purchased in 2005 for the use of a hunting/fishingcamp. It offers plenty of flat space to bring your boat and be comfortable in a semi secluded setting. There are two campers on site in which we offer for use. The land has a shared bath house with shower/tub, toilet and wash sink along with a stainless fish cleaning station off of the rear. It is located roughly 4 miles outside of the city of Oswego to either launch your boat in Lake Ontario or fish the Oswego river for Salmon. Our family and friends have used this property for decades but just don't seem to find the time as often as we would like so we would like to see it get some use.Site 1 is located closest to the road/driveway (labeled). The parking area will be to the south end of the motorhome provided. The bath house is shared with site 2 and is equipped with new water heater, working toilet, hand wash sink and a stainless refridgerated fish cleaning station to the rear. The lot is flat and has easy access and room for boat parking.
