32 private, unspoiled, gentle to moderate sloping acres close to the Susquehanna river. Close to Enjoie Golf Club, home of the yearly Dicks Open. Also close to Tri Cities Airport, and Appalachian boat launch. Appalachian was the scene of a big Mafia bust several decades ago!. This location is only about 5 miles to the historic Village of Owego, boasting many quaint and eclectic shoes and antique stores.. the land has some logging trails and beautiful views of the valley. Vista is approximately 32 acres of moderate sloping hill, and plateauing steps....it is mostly wooded, mature forest. with several logging roads meandering through out the property. Great for hiking, primitive camping, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and mountain biking. Wonderland

Every HIP Camp Host is So Kind and Amazing It really shows how amazing of a species that we are when people open there own lands and are eager to show and tell strangers about said land. I Think every host wishes I would write a simple, kind, review but it’s impossible when your host is Sweet Micheal. One of the best! Your missing out if you don’t get to meet him(Michael) or his amazing, gorgeous, upkept wonderful forest 🤓😊😎
