Lake-facing, working farm property with two separate campsites available located right off the scenic Seneca Wine Trail (route 414) down a private drive within walking distance to Elf in the Oak, Catherine Valley Wine, Ryan William Vineyard, and Solera Tap House. Shared access to the lake (use dock at your own risk). One spot is on our farm nestled amongst certified wildlife habitat and our grape vines. The other is down at the lake with usage of a log cabin, dock with small boathouse, and boat lift. Bring your own kayak/canoe for easy launch or message us about ours that are available for rent. Pets allowed, but must be leashed at all times as it is a working farm. Any damage to farm animals or land will be responsibility of campers.Site 1 is a secluded spot down a private gravel drive nestled amongst woods with easy access to Seneca lake for fun on the water. Bring your own kayak/canoe or rent one of ours! This site also has usage of a log cabin for camping and enjoying beautiful views of the lake with a coffee or your favorite beverage from the wine trail. There is a dock and boat lift access as well (boat launch at Watkins Glen Harbor Marina). Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.

414 Farms
Although our RV was too large to make the drive down to Site 1 by the lake, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 414 Farms. We set up comfortably at the top of the hill, with power hookups, a fire pit, and plenty of space, but be sure to bring leveling blocks as the sites require a little work to get fully settled. A short walk down the drive led us to the waterfront and the charming cabin by the lake. Canoes and kayaks were available for use, or you could simply fish from the dock. We also enjoyed the company of the friendly free-range birds that wandered by. A peaceful stay with plenty of nature and lake access!
