Learn more about this land: Located a few hundred feet from blue ribbon trout stream the Rapid River. Also less than a mile away is the carribean of the north, south torch lake sandbar. Nestled in a 5 acre grove of maples, You can find the perfect quiet spot in the woods for wildlife viewing or camp closer to the road with easy access to camp van on the property incase of inclement weather. Three sites to choose from. Potable water from my well and firewood from my woods are also available.   Please note: you may hear deer and other animals walking around your site, remember, they were here first. :-) Please leave a note in the guestbook provided and happy camping. We are switching gears and preparing for organic veggie gardens. However... we still have overly friendly turkeys and chickens. Great Location near Torch Lake
Very quiet and spacious campsite in a great location! Quick drive to Alden, to browsing the cute town and swimming in Torch Lake! I will definitely book it again if plans work out. No goats, but there was a peacock

Shabby chic camp
Clear direction to find the site. and the host checked in with us before we arrived. Initially it looks untidy, but once you get into the vibe your realize it has a ton of extras: solar showers, firepit, chairs, lights, privacy. Close to town and great ice cream place.

This was the perfect, private spot for a little tent camping. Host provided quite a few things at the site, like hand soap, well water, hatchet, and picnic table.

Loved how many things they had to offer! Wagon to move stuff from car to camp spot, little fire pits, chairs, etc. Love this area!

Peaceful camping near Torch Lake
I had a fantastic time camping at Erica's site with a great group of friends this year. The space was more than enough for all of us, and the privacy we enjoyed was wonderful. It was very peaceful and quiet. The site's proximity to Torch Lake and Rapid City, both less than 10 minutes away, was a big plus. We never felt like there was nothing to do. We had zero issues with any wild animals in the area like you might see in traditional campgrounds witch was great. Erica's provided amenities made us feel even more welcome, and I am very thankful for that. If you're looking for a welcoming, peaceful, and quiet camping experience near Torch Lake, I would definitely recommend coming here.
