Easily accessible covered RV spot next to the river and our old Florida style river home.
Enjoy fires and cooking outdoors amongst the oak trees. Paddle down the river in the 3 kayaks available and be overwhelmed with the abundant wildlife and fishing. Swim with the turtles and manatee.
Shady areas for relaxing riverside. Build a fire with included firewood and enjoy the peace and quiet we call home.

- This is a very rural neighborhood. Be respectful of
others using the river (waterway) and roads.
- No shooting, no fireworks, no loud music nor voices. (this is not a party spot)
- Limit all fires to provided burn ring and your own grill.
- All trash should be bagged and placed in provided can.
- Stay in roped area on property and do not enter any other structures
nor properties nearby.
- Leave it - like you found it.
- This property is for nice people who do nice people things.

Kayaks, paddles and life jackets are not an amenity and are provided as a courtesy. Although we attempt to maintain these items, your use or inability to use does not constitute grounds for a refund.
