This is at a nice private residence in St Petersburg, with a remote control sliding gate, large gate for access, sewer tap, electric tap, no laundry. 20 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to Tampa International. I am quiet, looking for no more than two people, no kids, possible pets we will need to discuss.Bring your RV, nice large spot with privacy fence, remote control gate for easy entrance and exit, sewer hook up, electric and water. Pool available and recently added screen enclosure. Dead end road so very little traffic, safe and secure. 20 minutes or so to beaches, my favorite is Treasure Island. 10 minutes to great fun in downtown St Pete. 25 minutes or so to Tampa Airport and Tampa. The entrance is 24 feet wide. I am still tidying up. Is a great spot!
