Wonderful views. A quiet place convenient to Durango and the area. It is indeed up on a hill in the pines. When arriving pull into the second driveway entrance go past the house and back into the spot. All services were available. Hosts were very helpful. We have a 38’ 5th wheel, a bit challenging with some tight turns but we were able to get it in place and loved our time there.

Great place to stay in Durango.
Host Benjamin meet us on our arrival. He made sure we knew where everything was and helped with some sightseeing advice. The sight itself is basically a driveway on the side of a beautiful mountain home. You will need at least a 20ft sewer hose if you intend to hook up. The location is ideal for seeing the sights in and around Durango. The location feels private and secure. A great choice for smaller rv’s and travel trailers.

Great spot, excellent host. We arrived late but Benjamin still met us and was very helpful. Great place for more primitive camping than developed campgrounds while still providing hookups for RVs.

Camp Summit
We enjoyed camping on Ben's land! He met us when we arrived, he was very nice and showed us where to set up. There was a nice flat area which was large enough for our long sprinter van plus another car. We camped in the van and also set up a tent. It was great to have electricity and water. Even though Ben's house was up the hill, it was separated from the campsite by a long driveway and hidden by bushes so it felt private and it was quiet, surrounded by trees. There was a great view of Durango in the distance and it was close to town, while it felt secluded.
