Other Details and Considerations:➢ We are a family Hip Camp with children, pets (two dogs and a cat), and neighbors (about 275 feet away)➢ Road Noise -- We live close to Highway 154, which means we are close and quick to many places but also hear some traffic noise from this two-lane road. Please take this into consideration before booking. Most people aren’t too bothered by it (and some compare the sound to waves as they come and go).➢ FIRE BAN -- Absolutely no fire! We live in an extremely high-risk fire area with very dry vegetation, so no campfires, candles, smoking, incense, lighters, matches, etc. ➢ Arrival and departure -- Arrival between 4-9 pm. Departure by 12:00 pm. ➢ Quiet hours -- Very quiet from 10:30pm to 7:30am, Semi quiet in the evening from 9:00-10:30 and in the morning till 8:00 am. Thank you for your consideration of others and of our neighbors.➢ Musical instruments, or music—Live music is greatly welcomed! Playing pre-recorded music on devices is allowed if the volume is low and is used in consideration of others and during non-quiet hours.➢ Intoxicants -- Please no illegal drugs, smoking, or excessive use of alcohol. This is a sacred space.➢ Parking – We have a somewhat bumpy driveway that is quite steep with parking at the top. ➢
