Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Welcome to our rustic spot nestled amidst woods, boulders, and a serene creek! Here, you'll share 10 acres with a few fellow campers and be greeted by the company of many deer. With beautiful blue skies above, tranquility and privacy abound as you immerse yourself in the towering oaks, pines, and majestic Manzanitas that surround you. Conveniently located, you're just 10 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and a mere 15-minute drive to downtown Nevada City. Here, you'll discover exceptional wine, craft beer, and delectable cuisine in both charming old mining towns. Come experience the beauty and charm of our slice of wilderness, while still being close to the delights of these historic communities! Many different options for your camping experience on my 10 acres. Currently you can drive and park your camper on gravel roads through out the property. I would prefer a stay for 1-3 months because of consistency, minimal communication needed and safety.

Location!
I really liked how Ryan’s property was the end of the road. It’s secluded and quiet which makes for a nice stay for those looking to “get away”, yet still be close to town.

Great location!
Ryan’s land is a hidden gem. Great for those like myself who like to get away but still be close to town. I did like that it is the end of the road so you won’t get any traffic (other than those staying there). It’s still under development but great spot nonetheless.
