Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
Beautiful land in the stunning Scott Valley just 35 minutes West of I-5. This is an 1850s homestead with an RV park constructed in 1964. We took ownership in Spring 2022 and are bringing the homestead and campground/RV park back to life. The East Fork of the Scott River runs through the land and we offer riverside dry camping as well as full RV hookups 500' from the river. Hiking, skiing, climbing, fishing, hunting and boating opportunities abound in the immediate vicinity. This site is being offered through the non-profit organizations, The Future Starts Now, Inc. Through education, research and empowerment we bring about health, joy and abundance. Thanks for viewing and we look forward to hosting you in this gorgeous setting.Pitch your tent or park your camper on the sandy bank of the E. Fork of the Scott River. A picnic table and secure food storage are provided onsite. The shared restroom, shower and outdoor kitchen are a 500' walk away. This will be your private site but the other amenities may be shared with other campers and staff. We raise our own yaks, cows, goats, sheep, chicken ducks and vegetables. We are lifelong regenerative organic farmers who are committed to bringing joy, health and abundance to the world. Thanks for reading. We hope to host you!

We loved tent camping on Sean’s land! The campsite was right next to a creek and was perfect to cool off in. The peaceful and serene environment was the perfect escape from our busy lives. The clean bathrooms and well-equipped outdoor kitchen made cooking and cleanup effortless. Sean’s warm hospitality and attentiveness added a personal touch to our stay. We highly recommend Sean’s place for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable camping experience!

Regeneration Base Camp is truly an amazing camping experience. Sean was a gracious host. Our campsite was right by the river and got plenty of shade and sunlight. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The privacy was perfect and the views were breath taking. Sean has a great family of chickens, a friendly dog, two cats, and more. He is well versed in the surrounding land and will provide you recommendations on activities to do if you ask! I highly recommend this spot to families and other small groups who want a peaceful get away near Shasta.
