**Stay is for 1-2 adults only. No children, pets, visitors or additional guests on the property. We live on site on the 3 acre property. The trailer is situated on the other side of our large workshop/building for privacy. Our neighbors driveway runs along that side of our property so you will likely see them pass by, coming or going. Please do not cross or walk along their driveway.
In our rural area it's not uncommon to see wildlife of all sorts from critters, lizards or snakes, to birds, rabbits, coyote, deer and even elk. Please be aware of your surroundings. Fall seems to be a more common season for the elk and sometimes they do make noise at night if nearby. Earplugs are supplied in the trailer should that arise and be a nuisance (although most people find it pretty fascinating!)
We have a chocolate lab, "Cali" that roams the property. If a greeting from her would be unwelcome please let us know so that we can keep a close eye on her during your stay.
During rainy season there is a dip in the driveway back to our property that collects water you will drive across. It's paved underneath and safe to cross with 2 wheel drive.
