Tiny Home (Cedar)
Cedar for the perfect stay!
What an ideal tiny house! Cedar was equipped with all the basics, plus great furnishings. The bed was cozy and the cabin was *spotlessly* clean. If you need a spot to stay while traveling on I-5 (and do not want you and all your stuff to smell like Febreeze), skip the hotel and stay here. Loved it.

A Hikers Dream!
The room was beautiful, clean, lots of space for a couple (2 ppl). The community was amazing, my partner and I had a great relaxation spot after our hikes and exploring the downtown area! They had a great community bonfire pits, hammocks, and cooking areas. I would recommend this place 10/10!

A must! For Adventures & Families
I recently stayed at Cave Springs Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. The campsite is perfectly located for both families and adventure seekers alike. Affordable, convenient and great hospitality. Being just minutes away from the I-5 freeway, it offers easy access to nearby attractions. Mount Shasta is within reach, offering stunning views and great trails for hiking enthusiasts. One of the highlights was that Yaks restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away, providing delicious meals without having to venture far from the campsite. The campsite itself is well-maintained and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for families looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time in nature. Whether you're looking to explore the surrounding trails or simply relax by the campfire, Cave Springs Resort is a must-stay. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a perfect blend of adventure and tranquility.

Airstream (Juniper)
Pretty Good, but room to improve
Overall we had a good stay at Cave Springs. The positives: fun amenities nearby (walking trails, on site outdoor games). The airstream was cute and updated. It was easy to find, the staff offered great communication, and the automated check in and out was great! Amenities in the trailer were great. The negatives: Some bugs in the unit, a broken cabinet, the AC/Fan really struggled with a warm day, even as night set in, hot water was quite limited, And one of the bath towels had quite a bit of hair embedded in it. Overall, it was a good stay, but perhaps the price was a little high for the quality that was being provided, at least at this time. I definitely give it another shot, Because they seem relatively new still under development
