The 1964 Catolac Deville features 2 sleeping areas, refrigerator w/freezer, microwave, 3-burner stove/oven, and access to a full bath with shower, toilet, & sink in main house. Equipped with ac/heater & tv; and outfitted w/ everything you need for a comfortable stay.
For a unique overnight experience, book Casita Verde and step back in time in what is arguably one of Sacramento’s most desirable neighborhoods. Casita Verde sits on a large privately enclosed patio. Street parking is available.You will have access to an enclosed space that is private and secure. The trailer is in close proximity to the bbq area. Two gazebos provide requisite shade. There are 3 sitting areas with tables and chairs around the trailer. You can access the fire pit as well.
This is a vintage trailer experience. Please be prepared to “camp,” use the “bath house,” enjoy the fire pit. It is Glamping without the dirt.
