We host a cozy 3 bed/1 bath bungalow one block up from Boulder Bay in Big Bear Lake! We have kayaks for the lake in the summer and are a short drive to the slopes in winter. Spring and Fall bring gorgeous hikes and weather!

Three cozy bedrooms with Casper mattresses. One full bath. Central closet has games for family fun with a pack ‘n play. Backyard is completely fenced with hot tub and gas BBQ. 10 minute drive to the Village and 15-20 min to slopes! High speed Wi-Fi. The space Whole home to yourself with private HOT TUB in enclosed back yard. Enjoy easy flat driveway parking and a quiet front deck with swing. Care has been taken to ensure a stocked kitchen with cooking essentials. Open floor plan with high beamed living room. Full bathroom with tub/shower, large sink and cabinets. Guest access Self check-in allowed per Big Bear Lake regulations. Door has digital keypad. Please sign Good Neighbor Policy and send picture of policy as well as ID on check-in. Other things to note EV charging included with price of rental! You must bring your own cables as this is a NEMA universal outlet. Two beach cruisers available/included! Four fishing poles.
