Lovely hideaway but close to town!
I really enjoyed camping on David’s land. He communicated promptly and made it easy to book. It’s a great hideaway but also close to town. Having all three hookups is awesome and a luxury while also having a private area of your own. There are deer and a nearby farm. We enjoyed listening to the goats and chickens. DoorDash does deliver there and had zero problems finding our location. His concrete pad was great, I didn’t even need to put down my stabilizers on my RV. Everything was level and no problems putting my slides out. I would definitely stay again.

Green Acres
Full Hook-ups, near town
If you find yourself near Fayetteville and need a place to stay, this is a perfectly fine option. David has 2 acres of grassy field which is nicely mowed, with a (small) cement pad near the middle with a hose bib, electrical panel, and sewer hookups. My trailer is 33' long, and I was able to just fit the stabilizers on both ends of the concrete. There is a front entrance and a back entrance that make a U-shaped gravel driveway around the pad. I'd recommend entering via the back entrance to make it easier to pull onto the pad.
The nearby roads are narrow and the oncoming drivers don't necessarily give you much room, so be careful when approaching.
There was a 2nd (vacant) trailer parked on the lot while we were there.
Make sure to visit Rymolene's Pies, a pie shop with over 600 different pies in rotation. We had the Key Lime Posum pie and it was delightful.

Secluded quiet spot close to town!
Green Acres was the perfect spot for our needs. It definitely is a hidden gem. Who would have ever guessed you could find a secluded quiet spot so close to town. We were actually greeted by a deer and saw fire flies in the evening. The potted plants made it feel so homey. We'll definitely be back. Thanks David!

What a hidden gem in the middle of Fayetteville. It is close to everything but quiet and peaceful. The hook ups were well maintained and easily accessible. The rv pad was level. The grounds around pad were well kept. Flower pots lined pad making it a welcoming touch. Overall stay was well worth it… will be back again💕
