Broad views - Huachuca Mountains
Easy to find, yet feels isolated. Lovely views across the valley. The unexpected surprise were the twinkling lights after dark all along the foothills of the Huachuca Mtns across the valley. That makes this spot a real gem. The camping spot itself could use some work.

Southern Arizona beauty!
This site may be our favorite camping site so far. Access to the site was easy, yet far enough away from main roads to give a feeling of privacy. The parking for our trailer was large enough and easy to manage. There is plenty of scrub around the site to give privacy. No shade, however, so our canopy was welcome. The weather was perfect and the views were everything we wanted. Nearby trips to Bisbee, AZ and Coronado National Monument made the Christmas weekend one to remember.

Awesome spot! Popped in and out for one night in an RV. It was quiet, and felt like the middle of nowhere, while being not far off the beaten path and pretty accessible. I definitely recommend it to others coming through the area

So so quiet!! Wonderful stay!
Overall a great experience!
We wanted to arrive before nightfall, but alas, that was not in the cards for us. So, about that...the road to the site starts off on a well-graded gravel road, but then it becomes a tad more rough. Nothing a normal 2WD car can't handle though. We had a Subaru Outback and a 17' camper and had no issues. We just had to take it slow. Highlights along the way are what we think was an elephant made out of brush and the interesting signs the locals made to point the way to their properties.
Since it was dark (like REALLY dark), we missed our turn off to turn right to cross the gate onto the property. There is a turn around though before the road continues down an overgrown road. After turning around we made the left to cross the gate, but we couldn't tell that it was green. I got out of the car and walk down the road a bit and saw the awesome "Hipsters" sign that our host has in the photos. We turned into the site and setup camp.
About the site - LOTS of space. Beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise and the stars shine brightly out here. It is SO quiet you can finally think. There are a few buildings off in the distance and the closest things to us was a camper, but no signs of any comings or goings. Be sure to always wear decent shoes. If you walk barefoot out here you will regret it. This is the desert and there are so many pokey things out here. So, keep that in mind if you plan on tent camping.

Peace and Quiet!
This campsite was great. Peaceful and serene. It is a bit of travel down dirt roads but 4WD and high clearance are not required. Great views of mountains, city lights, sunrise and set. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. It is not far away from amenities in the surrounding area.
