Bouse is small town with a dollar store, a local market store and local gas. It has great access to the desert trails, most are right outside the property including access to the wash. There is a local bar and restaurant, Ocotillo Lodge.
Its near to the town of parker which has all your large stores and amenities and Lake Havasu City is within reach.
Bouse has plenty of space and low light pollution so amazing skies at night!
