We maintain the old fashioned heart felt family values with welcoming arms from a military Mom that is a pretty mean cook when the invite is offered for some serious good home cooking. We do have a nearby pond when operable during the irrigation season to cool one's self (a responsible adult nearby insisted. As well social distancing via consideration ). Beautiful land, a hunter's dream, or the "roughing it" enthusiast in the old West. Easy access to the Big Horn Mountains.  One hour to Cody (Buffalo Bill Museum and the famous Irma Hotel/restaurant), along the highway beforehand of wild horses. One hour to Thermopolis where the renowned Hot springs and Dinosaur Museum are.  Less than two hours to eastern entrance of Yellowstone National Park.  Plus other attractions.

SonRise Grass Creek Guest Ranch

These RV campsites are situated near the original homestead location for Grass Creek, Wyoming - dating back to the late 1800's.

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid once wandered these very hills. Onsite are original artifacts and tons of cool stuff to explore from an original 1897 one room cabin to old farm equipment, originally drawn by horses.

Our Guest Ranch is fun. Yes - you read that right. When innovation meets integrity for the purpose of producing food abundantly the result is a mind-blowing experience. We get excited about plants sprouting, cow's grazing and newborn calves bounding through the perennial grasses their ancestors grazed. Seeing chickens lay eggs, watching a piglet root out some grubs. Enjoying the bounty the earth can spring forth are all hallmarks of a living ecosystem, teeming with abundance.

All RV campsites are near the creek with individual firepits. Stays can be all-inclusive or stay only with optional meals and Ranch activities. 

The original homestead site for this settlement next to the campsite (the cabin has since been moved). It dates back to 1897 and has been completely restored.

One of the many great sunsets you can catch on the right night, followed by amazing star views. 

Two RV spots with full hookups and three tent camping/sprinter spots. 

The state bison heard is a short drive on East River Road, the gravel road the property runs adjacent to. 

Legend Rock is a short drive from the property, taking you through unique landscape on your way to amazing petroglyphs. 

Our campground is a work in progress. We try to do natural landscaping, using elements on property or nearby for any hardscaping. 

Ten Sleep Brewing Co.

Our Brewery is located in a field next to Signal Butte, a beautiful red cliff at the base of the Big Horn Mountains in Ten Sleep Wyoming. We are surrounded by beautiful vistas! Our talented Brewers make some of the best beer in the state! Each small camp site offers a shaded picnic table per site, nearby port a potties, access to limited brewery wifi with incredible vistas all around. A very unique and beautiful brewery camping experience!  

Please note!  It is important to look at each sites description when booking as some sites accommodate different sized camping rigs.  Also please note we are located next to a Red Vista RV park.  If you turn to soon you will be at Red Vista RV park which has concrete pads.  SOOOO if you are at the concrete pads you are in the wrong spot.  Check in at Brewery upon arrival.

Rich in history, this ranching town was the halfway point—or ten “sleeps”—between two major Sioux Indian camps. Surrounded by working sheep and cattle farms, today’s Ten Sleep, with a permanent population of only 260

is a fun detour for those on the way to

Yellowstone National Park, and to the nearby Bighorn National Forest. Ten Sleep is so close to the Bighorn Mountains that you can’t see them from most places in town—the striking reddish-hued foothills block the view. But you can’t help taking in Ten Sleep Canyon, which rises into the mountains starting about six miles east of town and has grown in the past couple of decades into one of America’s top summer climbing destinations, with more than 800 climbing routes!

Our guests also love staying with us! "Camping at a brewery was so convenient for us. The beer was super tasty and it was awesome that all we had to do was walk to our tent afterwards. And it was supercool to spot some pronghorn antelope right on the property."

I could get used to cooking with views like this. 

I bought some pepperoni pizza which hit the spot! 

If there is rainy weather forecasted, don't worry, you might get a treat at the end! 

Hang out on the brewery's patio and enjoy the scenery and ambiance.
