The summer camp experience

3 sites · Tents75 acres · Waupaca, WI
Camp Shin-Go-Beek is a youth summer camp located in central Wisconsin. When we're not running summer camp, we open the property up to Hipcampers. We have multiple large campsites for tent camping that can accommodate groups as large as 50 people, a few places for an RV could be set up at, and several cabins. The property is located on 2 quiet lakes, with great opportunities for swimming, fishing, and boating. The swimming area has a great beach and a diving raft (depending on the season). We also have a large dining hall for indoor activities, and several outdoor program areas. We are just south of the Chain-o-lakes and Waupaca, so there's plenty to do a short drive away.

Uncle Ben’s Camping

2 sites · Lodging10 acres · Abrams, WI
One of my favorite home away from home’s. This property will help you reground and connect with nature. I have added the necessities of life, while keeping the property as natural as possible. My goal is to share this great experience I’ve created with you and your family. From the outdoor shower to the walking trails that weave through the woods and over Tibbet Creek you will love your stay! A couple of the sites are more remote than others by design. Not all can be driven up to. The furthest would be approximately a 500’ walk. A wagon is available to carry your items to your site. There is a large pond if you would like to fish or swim, and a John boat and a paddle boat to use also. Each site has its own fire pit with a cooking grate. Firewood available for purchase on site. Most sites are set with views of a water feature. Some tents are available to rent if you don’t have your own.

1 site · RV, Tent30 acres · Weyauwega, WI
This is an 30 acre family owned, wooded area perfect for anyone who wants a quiet secluded getaway to relax in nature and unplug. You can sit in the grass driveway and see all the stars at night too! 🌟 We are located a few minutes from Bear Lake Campground too! There is a fire pit, otherwise it’s just you and nature! There is not designated camping spots so you can camp anywhere on the grass or in the woods (: We suggest if you have a RV/ pop up camper to park on the grass on the outskirts of the woods Make sure to bring some bug spray! More about the Property: - This is an 30 acre wooded area. There is a grass driveway that leads to the woods. The farther back part of the woods can be muddy so we suggest to stay around the fire pit area. - There is some piled wood you can use for fires which should be good for a night. Feel free to pick up some of the small pieces of wood on ground for fires. There are houses nearby, gas stations and bear lake campground that sell firewood too - We have a few neighbors (not too close by tho) but ask for no loud noise after 9pm - There is NO electricity, water or toilets or internet - For bathrooms - Please bring your own toilet/camper toilet or make a “cat hole”, dig a hole, do your business and cover with dirt Nearby Locations: - Bear Lake Campground - only a few minutes away!
