Fisher Cat Creek Forest Retreat

Four years ago,&nbsp;David and Veronica began designing and building structures in the 20 acre hardwood forest that Davids' father acquired back in 1969. Now they live there full time in an&nbsp;off-grid cabin with monthly seminars, campsites for rent and a passion for sharing the wonders of the forest.

Brick oven pizza on many weekends as posted on our website with camping and cabins to relax in the woods.  We are third generation family farm in the woods with quiet acreage and trails.  Most weekends we have live music.  We are in Amish country with many small shops.  There are also wineries and cheese stores close by.  We have a wedding and event barn and lots of space.  New in 2023 was a 9 hole disc golf.

Bengi's Getaway

Welcome to our campground! We offer a variety of camping options: tent camping for a rustic experience, camper sites with electric/water hook-ups, or the option to rent our 5th wheel guest camper. Enjoy direct access to ATV/UTV trails and discover good fishing lakes nearby such as Petenwell, Camelot, Sherwood, Arrowhead, and more. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to The Sands, a future PGA course.

Explore various activities like boating (refer to the fishing list for lakes), horseback riding, and more in the surrounding area. On-site amenities include a fire pit, pavilion, and grilling station for your convenience.

Please note that the owner is on the property, and this is not a party location. Come and enjoy a peaceful camping experience with us!

For the Hunters out there, Property is open during gun hunting season with limited amenities (no Water - Toilet or 5th wheel rental) - but you do have direct access to approx 150 acres of Timber Land co property.

Ice Age Glamping

Welcome to Ice Age Glamping, a peaceful, off-grid escape nestled just 80 yards from Wisconsin’s iconic Ice Age Trail. Whether you’re thru-hiking, weekend adventuring, or simply craving quiet, this site offers a cozy and unique back-to-nature experience—with thoughtful touches of comfort.

Set on private land with a short trail walk from your designated parking spot, the spacious canvas tent sits on a raised platform tucked beneath the trees. Inside, you’ll find a comfy queen bed made up with fresh linens, cozy blankets, and extra towels for your stay. The site includes solar lighting, a private portable toilet, and a solar shower for refreshing outdoor rinses.

Enjoy evenings around the fire pit with complimentary firewood and seating provided. Cook up your camp favorites with included tools like pudgie pie makers, hot dog roasting sticks, plates, cups, and utensils. 5 gallons of fresh drinking water is provided with each stay.

Your dog is welcome here, too! We’re pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your four-legged hiking buddy—just keep them leashed and clean up after them.

The best part? Step out your tent and onto the Ice Age Trail. Whether you’re stargazing, sipping coffee under the pines, or heading out for a day of hiking, you’ll be surrounded by the quiet magic of Wisconsin’s Northwoods.

Please note: This is a true off-grid experience—there’s no electricity or running water. We encourage guests to pack in food, flashlights, and a sense of adventure.

The Ridgehaus

RV site surrounded by farmland, cattle pastures, and Wisconsin’s rolling hills. Includes a 30-amp electrical hookup in a gravel driveway. 

The house is also listed as an Airbnb, but we only host either house guests or RV guests at a time. Guests have access to a fire pit, patio, and grill.
