Weekend Trip to Pearl Forge Conservancy
Yet another great time at Peter's spot! (See prior review from Sept 2023). The spot was cozy and lovely, even in the rain! The hosts are good people; highly recommend as a go-to to enjoy the Southern Unit of Kettle Moraine! See ya next year, guys!!!

Weekend Trip to Indigo Zen Garden
The space was well thought out and comfortable. We enjoyed the bar- set up our small stove, cooked at it and sat there to eat. The dome was cozy and very clean. Clearly the hosts care a lot about the space.

1 night at Indigo Zen Garden
This is my second season visiting and everytine it’s better than before! The stargazer I stayed in has since been. relocated and in its place this incredible igloo style space. The dome igloo has all of the things to go glamping. You can control the lighting, there’s a heater and AC. It has curtains so you can sleep later but I highly recommend sleeping with them open. It’s almost freeing to sleep in what feels wide open while being safely secured (and not feeding mosquitos). The entrance to the dome is at the back of the structure. The front faces out to the garden and the field. There’s a small garden right in front of the dome that attracts nature right up to you. The next morning a squirrel ran right up against the dome with a walnut in his mouth. Then, a hummingbird flew up and hung out for a drink before taking off. It was so cool to be able to enjoy them so close without scaring them off. Melanie was an incredible host with great communication and so gracious. We came back kind of late from dinner and she offered hot tea and a fire. There’s also breakfast options like smoothie bowls, oatmeal, and quick cook breakfast. There’s also now a screened in gazebo for late night hang outs which I really appreciated. Bring bug spray if you’re prone to bites. Melanie offers a foraging activity so you can eat off the land. in order to get the most out of what you can enjoy, she doesn’t use pesticides. The garden is full of life! Will absolutely come back again!

Absolutely beautiful space and incredibly well thought out. Enjoyed using the fire pit area especially! Melanie was very welcoming and gave us an in depth tour of the full space outside of the tent area. We will be back again! Thank you.

Weekend Trip to Glamping in Southern Kettle Moraine
This was the perfect getaway! The property is beautiful, the camper was cozy even on a chilly night, and Allison has the best energy. She gave me pro-tips on starting a campfire which lasted for hours. As a city girl, the stargazing was amazing. Allison also offered great suggestions on where to bike and explore. It was a really lovely getaway!

Weekend Trip to Glamping in Southern Kettle Moraine
Right by the kettle moraines. Multiple beds to sleep multiple people. Very relaxing property. Owner is very accommodating to personal needs. She brought me down a sticky bun and made me dinner upon my request. I was hiking the souther kettles ice age sections and wanted to end my trip somewhere comfortable. Would stay here again if I am in the area and don’t feel like camping.

1 night at Indigo Zen Garden
This place is extraordinary. The tents are so beautifully decorated and incredibly well thought out. There was a lot of planning on all the details. I loved the screened in tent. A very relaxing space that felt like you are outdoors but in a screened in porch. The children's play area is adorable and has a ton of toys, books and activities for children. It's amazing that you can project a movie. It's like being at a drive in movie theater but with comfy seats and tables. The fact that Melanie will go above and beyond to make food or get you what you need shows how passionate she is about creating a space that connects people with nature yet you don't feel like you are missing anything. I like that the place is safe. You don't have to worry about other campers. Also, the place is super clean!!!! I owned a fairly large cleaning business for 20 years. This place is cleaner than a hotel. The bedding is clean, chic and comfy. Everything has a soft, fresh feeling to it. Love it!!!!!!!

Spent two nights with my wife and daughter. We loved it! Great views. Beautiful land to explore. Much better than a tent and it doesn't cost much more. We rode out the storms that flooded Milwaukee and were nice and dry. Endless firewood. Decent size fridge. The awning pictured is no longer there. Hosts were very nice but gave us our space. I highly recommend.

My husband, toddler son, and myself absolutely loved this getaway only 30 minutes south of MKE & a hidden GEM with very communicative hosts and attentive! I am blown away as a parent with a little one at the amount of activities. The frogs and the bunnies, oh my god! The kids tent! The globe dome! Best glamping experience ever for us as a family. We will be returning & recommend to all. Thank you, Indigo Zen Garden. (Key tip, go to 7 bridges, pay $15 each to go to the bear paw lake at jellystone, food at the depot and service is great.) 10/10! 🖤👏

My son and I stayed in Allison's camper for a night and had the best time. She pointed us to a local state park with a lovely beach, provided us with wood and ingredients for s'mores, and generally made us feel welcome and at home.

Beautiful property! Short distance to Kettle Moraine Forest and Ottawa Lake Rec Center. The trailer is comfortable for 2 adults or 2 adults with a 3rd sleeping in the twin bed. Bring camp chairs if you want to sit around the fire. The hosts are lovely, gave us fresh eggs and thankfully helped us jump our car! It was interesting to learn about their conservation efforts as well.

This place is literally heaven! Beautiful, peaceful, everything comfy you need, great atmosphere and a kind host. We loved every minute spent there and will def be back. Don’t miss the short walk to the pond area - beautiful meadow.
