Our cabin is located on Deep Creek Lake in Western Maryland where most of land is either State parks or forests because of its natural beauty and recreational value.  The area is an all season resort where you can enjoy the lake and beach as well as various outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, sail boarding, hiking, and horseback riding most of the year.  In winter with up to 100 inches of snow, you can ski, snow board, and tube at the near by Wisp Ski Resort or cross country ski at several State parks managed for it during winter.  The fall is celebrated for the color change of the trees by the Fall Fest in mid October.Learn more about this land:Private on acre lot with lake views and on site access to the lake and beach. State parks and forests nearby with access to wilderness areas and many activities.  Wisp ski area and Adventure Sports Center - down hill and cross country skiing.

Paradise

This is retired farm in the middle of nowhere.  We have a lake that is stocked with trout, catfish, bass and whatever else is in there.  The lake is catch and release only.  Fee for fishing. This is a place for people that want to enjoy nature and not have several people camping next to them.  This is not a campground with a lot of people, sometimes you may be the only people staying there.

Hike in woods, basically enjoy nature. We have wooded areas and open field areas to explore.  Great place to get away from the world and relax.  No utilities or restrooms available.  Cell phones only work in limited areas.

Mountains of Morgantown 💙💛

Property once owned by my grandparents, beef & dairy farm. Now turned into vegetable garden and small gift shop with seasonal market. High on a hill with breathtaking views. Sunsets and sunrises often seen and photos taken by many guests. Mostly grass with some gravel areas.  Plenty of space for dogs to run and play.  We do have free range chickens so make sure you specify in your request if you have pets or not. Thanks!!!! 

Cooper's Whitewater Hideout

This special and hidden place is the perfect hideaway along the West Virginia border with Maryland, just 15 minutes from Morgantown. It is perfect for anyone looking to fish, paddle, ski, hike, hunt, etc. . . and just get away from it all! 

This land has been developed for easy access and insulated serenity. The property is within a gated development with plentiful waterfront access along Laurel Run and Big Sandy Creek (multiple community parks exist including a waterfall hike to Wonder Falls). The strong 5G cell coverage here is great for hot-spotting. 

There are more than 20,000 acres of public lands within minutes of this campsite, come check this place out and enjoy a campfire away from it all!
