There is also a fire ring, but burn bans sometimes begin as early as the middle of June. Current burn ban rules will be posted. Acres of grass to wander through, and a Portapotty for your convenience. There is running water, but it is piped from the creek via solar-powered pump, and is not potable. This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September 14th, 2024. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking. (Starting 9/15/2024, we will be making improvements to our property and doing some re-seeding.) The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. Si., Si View Park, and the Rattlesnake Ridge trail system. For shoppers, we have shops in town and the Factory Outlet Mall. For dining, there are several restaurants in North Bend. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME: 2:00-5:00 P.M. Our rate is $70 per night. We ask all drivers (cars, RVs, trailers, etc.) to back into the campsite. This will make for an easy exit. Thanks!! Baker Lake Downhill

Great for use as a base camp. Its on Baker lake road and 2 minutes from hwy 20. This makes North cascades national park and baker lake easy to get to. 2 minutes from the rails to trails. 5 minutes from prime, skagit river beaches. The property sits up on a elevated, flat plateau lending views of the cascade foothills and the the cascades themselves. Great star gazing. State forest land borders the property which makes endless wilderness for bikes and hikes. This includes xcountry single track and a black diamond downhill trail. Shallow, freezing cold creek that comes from a spring 10 minute walk from the campsites. Dogs love it. Unfortunately, no fires. Unprecedented fire threat this year. Front area, in front of the house is now off limits as there are new tenants living in the house. Campsites are in the back with privacy and room to roam. Elevated shared area in the back to catch all the views. This is a big open property with mountain views. Great star gazing. The surrounding mountains turn epic in the evenings. One clean portapotty.

Just a short walk away, at the end of our private road, is the trailhead to Soaring Eagle Regional Park. This 750 acre park has endless trails for biking and hiking. Head east to Fall City or beyond to the Cascades. The Rockin’ Z Ranch invites you!

Camp in a private grove of trees overlooking acres of pastures with grazing sheep, miniature cattle, ponies, and horses. Depending upon the time of year, there may be lambs, newborn calves or puppies. From December to June a creek burbles by. The campsite has a gazebo with furniture and fire table. There is also a fire ring, but burn bans sometimes begin as early as the middle of June. Current burn ban rules will be posted. Acres of grass to wander through, and a Portapotty for your convenience. There is running water, but it is piped from the creek via solar-powered pump, and is not potable. Picnic tables for your use.

The Glendale Farm

At 180 acres Glendale Farm in Chimacum, in operation since 1857, is one of the largest single agricultural properties remaining in Jefferson County. The farm includes prime agricultural soils, over half a mile of East Chimacum Creek, and forested uplands. The farm continues to provide food, fiber, and habitat for future generations. The easement protects a buffer zone for salmon and wildlife habitat along the east fork of Chimacum Creek and protects the agricultural and forestry values of the property forever. Jefferson Land Trust worked with Jefferson County and Jefferson LandWorks Collaborative partners to purchase the easement with state Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program Farmland Preservation grant funds, Jefferson County Conservation Futures funds, and community funds. The campsite is situated in the old orchard on the historical Ducken Farm. It has distant ocean views, is surrounded by hay fields, and you can see the local cows in the adjoining pasture. If, coming from Hwy 20, take the second driveway. The sites are past the house. There is running water in the little milkhouse by the barn. It is 1/2 mile from the famous Deception Pass State Park and 1 mile from the Deception Pass Bridge and it's Spectacular Views. There are many hiking trails, Ebey Bluffs, kayaking, ferry's to other islands, climb Goose Rock, Bowman Bay, Rosario Beach.
