I continue to try to be a good steward to this little piece of land with very big trees. One side faces my studio with drive through access to a bunkhouse and hookups and the other is tent camping with room to explore. With a dog yard available you will be able to relax and enjoy.Learn more about this land:Part meadow part stand of very tall trees, over 70 years old with birds, hummingbirds, deer. Huge property on 3 lots. There are only 2 RV spaces, and they both fit Class B and C RV's. Comes with water and 50 volt electrical hookup, so you will need a converter if you need 30 volt. We do not have a sewer hook up, so you won't have access to dump your tank on the property. We are 1 1/2 block from the Bay and a 5 minute drive to the Ocean. You also have access to a BBQ, picnic table, fish cleaning station and Fire pit. You can run around the yard space and play if you have kids. When the burn ban isn't in effect I will provide enough firewood and kindling for a nice sized fire and you can bring more wood, or purchase it up at Jack's. I also don't provide garbage service. I take my recycling up 6 blocks and dispose of it free of charge at the corner of Sandridge and Bay Ave. I also dump my garbage up at Jack's. It costs $2 for a small bag of garbage, $4 for a kitchen sized trash bag and $6 for a lawn sized bag.

Located centrally between Leadbetter Point and Cape Disappointment, we have 16 full hookup RV sites (30 amp power/water/septic/Wifi) close enough to enjoy the fun of Long Beach and Ocean Park, but far enough to retreat to your camp for quiet and relaxation. Hang out in the rec room or at a fire pit, play horseshoes or bocce ball with family, or take a short walk down our dune path to watch the sun set on the ocean.
