Each Tent rental includes a queen-sized bed, extra cot (if needed), fire pit, picnic table, and 2 adirondack deck chairs! Each RV site includes hookups, picnic tables, and drive through lot setup. Adjacent to the site is a lake with ducks, geese, bass, frogs, cattails, lily pads, and lots of ducklings and goslings in the springtime. The property is set in a beautiful forest-setting filled with ferns, vine maples, deer, & mossy green colors. Bring your fishing gear, and binoculars. Enjoy! We are located just outside Duvall, WA. Our Dome features one Queen size bed and one couch that converts to a bed (slightly smaller than a queen). Premium linens, extra blankets, comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the quiet on the farm. There is a sheltered kitchen with hot and cold running water, cook burner, refrigerator and seating with a portable firepit. There is also a nearby fire ring with comfortable chairs to relax in the evening. We have a beautiful Bathhouse with composting toilet on one side and clawfoot tub for showers or soaking on the other. Being eco-friendly there are a few quirks to be aware of - the toilet facility doesn't allow for toilet paper. We provide clean cloths to use in conjunction with the bidet seat (a bath for your posterior) and a pail for the used cloths. The methane that is generated is filtered and trapped for the cook burner in the kitchen. The closest trailhead is 3 miles away and leads to Cherry Creek Falls. There are many other trails and parks in the area to explore. Duvall also boasts a winery, distillery and brewery and a large variety of dining options.

1 night at Duvalla Dome

i had a lovely time staying at the Duvalla Dome! the property and the dome itself were beautiful! It was very comfy and cozy with all the amenities while still feeling very rustic and outdoorsy. Pam was so nice and very responsive to messages and all the animals on the farm were a joy to have around. I highly recommend Duvalla dome to any other hipcampers visiting the area and would 10/10 stay there again!

Weekend Trip to Duvalla Dome

Pam’s dome was beautiful! It was such a unique stay! We loved how she created this dome, what a treat. The setting was even more magical with the friendly goats, llamas, and alpacas roaming on the farm; they added so much charm and character to the experience. We spent the evenings around the cozy bonfire, surrounded by plenty of beautiful woodwork that gave the whole place a warm, rustic feel. Everything felt so thoughtfully designed and peaceful, truly a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

1 night at Duvalla Dome

So relaxing on the property and the alpacas and sheep were a really joy. It felt like real clamping with the composting toilet, outdoor kitchen, and really cute tub! The dome was really dreamy, it was 85 degrees during the day and thankfully cooled off at night. Pam had so many blankets that made my daughter and I comfortably. My favorite part was sitting in the hammock watching the birds and feeding carrots to the sheep and alpacas. Pam gave us a big container of sliced carrots to feed them! 10/10 would recommend and want to bring my other kiddos next time!

I love the setup and how they built the dome with all the amenities. The pillows and comforters are comfy. The shower is a big plus. They have everything you need. The community is gated and safe. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet, safe, and peaceful weekend getaway. The hosts are easy to communicate with.

The dome exceeded expectations! The entire setup was well thought out and included many comforts I wouldn’t have expected. Pam, the host, was extremely communicative and clear with her written directions and instructions on how to get to the site and how to use the various amenities around the site. The shower was warm and private. She made us feel welcomed and was a super host! The animals were all well mannered and eager to be fed. The trip from the cars to the dome was manageable. My group cannot recommend this site enough! Pam made the enjoyable experience divine. 12 out of 10 stars!!!

Where to go

Greater Seattle

Washington's biggest city offers urban fun within striking distance of serious nature. Despite its urban vibes at the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle is chock-full of wooded parks, including the 534-acre Discovery Park on the eastern banks of Puget Sound.

Island County

Named for its many islands, this county on Puget Sound encompasses nine islands in total, including sprawling Whidbey Island—at the northernmost stretch of the sound—and Camano Island. Both islands are tourist hotspots, with tons of state parks and campgrounds, many of them right on the water. Whidbey in particular is known for its thriving arts scene.

The Kitsap Peninsula and Bainbridge Island

Across Puget Sound from Seattle, the Kitsap Peninsula and Bainbridge Island offer a variety of outdoor activities, with plenty of parks, hiking trails, marinas, and campgrounds.
