Rowley River Resort

2 sites · Lodging1 acre · Granite Falls, WA
The River Resort sits on the Pilchuck River, which is located on a dead end private gravel road. Plenty of space to pitch a tent or three. In the summer months, an RV can be used down there. But there’s a long drive-way that leads to it that a RV can be used with power close by, room for additional RVs with power at additional cost but they have to stay in the drive to the river spot. There is a CLEAN custom made vault restroom for both men/women with lots of wall reading plagues for your bathroom entertainment!!! Also, an instant hot water tank for a shower for guest to use available starting mid June 2024. There are two picnic table, a propane grill, a propane fireplace for when there is a burn ban, bring your isn propane or $15.00 a night if we provide. There is a wood fire pit by the river. A covered gazebo over another wood pit is available, but it is not as private as we may be there but typically don’t if it’s damp out. (Again Gas and wood provided for an additional fee, a wheel barrel of good dry wood for $20.00). Owners live on property but you’ll have 100% privacy at River (unless you want to kick it with a couple cool people), a couple bikes for bike rides, kayaks, paddle boards, two pontoons available to rent at additional cost. Advanced notice for pontoons are available . Starting 6/1/24 there will be a yurt set up on the property. So fees may be increased. I’m going to set up another site available on the property in a different listing if you just want to bring your tent so look for the tent listing as well. You don’t have to stay in the year. You could bring your tent. If you choose to stay in the yurt and you want to bring additional. The list is for eight people on the property, if you choose to bring additional guest, it will be five dollars per night per guest. We asked that any garbage you bring you take and any dog or animal droppings you clean up as well. Other than that come out and enjoy our beautiful property and I hope you have a wonderful experience here. Reach out if you have any questions

Hideaway Glamping

2 sites · Lodging2 acres · Bellingham, WA
2 acres of serenity. An opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are a small hobby farm. We offer two different Glamping sites... a Yurt and a Bell Tent. Your private getaway is secluded from the rest of the farm life but you are welcome to visit and partake in whatever the farm offers. We have Nigerian dwarf goats, apples, pears, plums, blackberries & Iris to enjoy. Wild animals abound. There are walking/biking trails right around the corner and you are 15 minutes from downtown, the ocean and enjoying sports like kayaking, swimming, whale watching, etc. Our glamping sites are completely off grid. Enjoy simplicity in comfortable luxury! We are dog friendly, and we require all guests to clean up after their dogs. There are plastic bags provided for animal waste disposal when dogs are in the backyard and on neighborhood walks. Cleaning up after pets includes excess pet hair, especially on furniture. Please use the waterproof pet blanket provided for the sofa and bed. Guests bring the animal onto the property at their own risk. The booking guest is liable for any damages that pets cause. (We will have to charge a cleaning fee if your dog leaves behind a mess or causes damage.) We find that most people are cooperative and responsible with their pets. We love traveling with our fur babies, and would like to keep allowing pets in our listings. Thank you for being understanding and working with us to keep our rental available to pets! Rules for dogs: 1. We do NOT have a fenced yard or space. If you have a dog that will wander, we require you to keep your dog on a leash or a lead. 2. We live in a country neighborhood and being good neighbors is very important to us. Excessive barking, making noise or being a nuisance to our neighbors is not allowed. 3. Clean up after your dog in the rental, around the rental and anywhere you take your dog in the neighborhood.
