We do not take late comers as we are a farm and are early to bed and early to rise. I'm sorry!
We are the third generation in this location and the great grandparents had the adjoining property. My father was born and died in this house, and I was raised here also. After teaching for 32 years my husband and I inherited the farm from my folks who have since passed. There are no orchards left on the property but we are moving on with a vegetable and flower garden, goats, chickens and a llama. We have a gorgeous view of Lake Chelan but can only offer dry camping at this time. Our area has a multitude of things to do!

The inlet is called Eden Harbor. There’s lake access by foot or a short drive to the other side of the harbor. It’s a great place to go fishing get some sun and relax. This is for the adventurous Hipcamper that appreciates the bumpy dirt road. Your Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla won't get you here. Cell service is limited. It is not recommended to arrive after sunset
But it is so worth it.
Come relax and enjoy the views of the Columbia River and the North Cascades. Plenty of sunshine with epic sunsets, our property is where you come to unwind and soak in the sun when the west side of the Cascades is socked in with clouds and rain.
If you want to explore the area, it's about a 10-minute car ride to the Columbia River and 20 minutes to Chelan and all that is offered there.
Our favorite activities when we visit are to listen to the birds chirp and take in the surroundings. There are several lava rock piles that speak to the long and volcanic geological history of the area. We also really enjoy walking the dirt road on the ridge. It provides some of the most incredible views in the area.
The dirt road section over the ridge can be a little rough and dusty and it's recommended that guests have a medium clearance vehicle, such as a Subaru Outback. However, a guest once drove their Honda Civic down to the site, so it really depends on your comfort level. If in doubt, just ask!
We have a security camera on site we use for wildlife sightings and to check the weather. If the idea of having the camera bothers you, feel free to place a blanket or some other type of cover during your stay. We can also turn the camera to only face the entrance. Just let us know.
Please respect the surroundings and others' property. There are several other vacation cabins in the area and everyone enjoys their peace and quiet.
We provide a privy for guests to use, but be prepared to pack out waste in case it doesn't meet your standards. We try to keep it clean and stocked with TP, but we can only get out to the land every few weeks.

We're nestled in the pines, just off the highway. Our property is on a deeded piece of land within the Spokane Indian Reservation. We are 5 miles from Lake Roosevelt and the Fort Spokane boat launch. Lake Roosevelt is known for its excellent fishing, and is the only lake in Washington state that contains walleye! A small motel was built on this property back in 1998 and is consistently complemented on it's clean rooms and peaceful setting. This is for the adventurous Hipcamper that appreciates the bumpy dirt road. Your Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla won't get you here. Cell service is limited. It is not recommended to arrive after sunset
But it is so worth it.
Come relax and enjoy the views of the Columbia River and the North Cascades. Plenty of sunshine with epic sunsets, our property is where you come to unwind and soak in the sun when the west side of the Cascades is socked in with clouds and rain.
If you want to explore the area, it's about a 10-minute car ride to the Columbia River and 20 minutes to Chelan and all that is offered there.
Our favorite activities when we visit are to listen to the birds chirp and take in the surroundings. There are several lava rock piles that speak to the long and volcanic geological history of the area. We also really enjoy walking the dirt road on the ridge. It provides some of the most incredible views in the area.
The dirt road section over the ridge can be a little rough and dusty and it's recommended that guests have a medium clearance vehicle, such as a Subaru Outback. However, a guest once drove their Honda Civic down to the site, so it really depends on your comfort level. If in doubt, just ask!
We have a security camera on site we use for wildlife sightings and to check the weather. If the idea of having the camera bothers you, feel free to place a blanket or some other type of cover during your stay. We can also turn the camera to only face the entrance. Just let us know.
Please respect the surroundings and others' property. There are several other vacation cabins in the area and everyone enjoys their peace and quiet.
We provide a privy for guests to use, but be prepared to pack out waste in case it doesn't meet your standards. We try to keep it clean and stocked with TP, but we can only get out to the land every few weeks.

We appreciated the heated bathrooms just a short walk from our site. The RV park is next to the highway, but we weren't bothered by any noise at night.

We stayed for a quick overnight trip - the grassy lot was perfect for our stay and fit us and a couple other camper vans with plenty of space and quiet. We left soon after sunrise, but were glad we got to visit with the goats and chickens first! Would come back!

Great location with stunning views. It's definitely up there, and the road initially feels a little sketchy, but don't let that scare you. I was easily able to tow a 30ft trailer up no problem, and Chris came right out to assist and asked if I needed anything! Being so high, be prepared for wind, but if you get a night with no wind, the sunset views are amazing! I would definitely stay at these sites again!

Hauntingly serene and remote location in the basalt columned scablands of Eastern Washington on the unrestored portion of a family ranch in the Crab Creek bottoms. Interesting historic barns and structures with cool vintage retired machinery. It’s a new HipCamp and will likely get some improvements, like signage and some tidying of the immediate grounds and perhaps more detail in the listing. There’s only one hookup spot, so if it’s taken, you’ll be dry camping. But the host was amenable to getting some distance from the other guest while I was there. The price is very reasonable. The region has so few camping opportunities, I’m grateful they opened up this gem. BNSF trains run by a couple times an hour 200 yards away, but no crossings for miles, so no whistles.

Great place with a beautiful view of the Valley, highly recommend staying at this location, I will be returning. The gift bag upon arrival was a real treat. Has lots of cool and interesting things to do while visiting including some treats. The fresh fruit right beside the camp spot was another great treat and nice to have. This is an active farm so take that into consideration when booking. Extremely respectful people that work on the farm that respect peoples privacy, very friendly work force. Would highly recommend this location, only 7 minute drive to amenities and beach areas.

This place is one of its kind. Perfect place to spend a peaceful weekend. We loved the setup and getting up there will definitely need a 4×4 as a small patch of the route up is a bit rough. The host was great in guiding us ahead with the right route to the place and was helpful with passing on some information way ahead. Cellular signal up there wasn't bad for us. I'll be recommending this place to a few of my jeep friends who a package of offroading and camping.
