The campground is situated at the South end of Alta Lake, opened in 1946 and operated by my Grandparents until 1980 when my father decided to continue operations, adding Outfitting and Guide services into the Pasayten and Sawtooth Wilderness areas. Covid put a halt on business for a few years but we are making some gradual upgrades and changes to offer camping and horseback riding experiences again.
