The campground is a quick 15 minutes from downtown Leavenworth on year-round plowed roads. Both campsites are complete with water as well as 30A power hookups, and a fire pit. Feel free to take a dip in the creek to cool down! A port-a-potty is also available for use by guests and is refreshed weekly.

SlipperyCreek sits on 4 acres of old growth forest and has a creek that runs along side it. The crystal clear creek is clean enough to drink from and runs cold even in August…. But I swim in it anyways. SlipperyCreek has many cool projects in mind for creating a place to camp, so if after your stay. If you want to come back and take on a project I’ll knock off 50% on your stay plus I could also be talked into BBQ hamburgers if your bring the Salid. The project list: Build fire pits, trail maintenance and building, Tent platforms, outdoor shower and ambiance lighting. SlipperyCreek has two camping areas: The Forest sight has un-level ground and plenty of room for a trailer, good tent camping area can be found, Oh ya….. Hammock camper this back area has giant trees….. just assume lay down and looking up 200 ft and the trees disappear. Hammock campers please note hammocks will be required to use straps vs rope. This Forest sites sits back 200 ft from the creek so if you have little people… You will also find a dried up creek bed to explore. The max turn around length is 30ft. This could also be a group camp site… 1 or 2 trailers and 3-5 tents, but you need to call to make these arrangements. The River Beach: This spot has a rock pad that can handle 30 ft RVs, or two smaller trailers / camper vans. This site is still being developed, and you can hear car traffic but it’s on the river so the noise just white washes away. This spot gets good sunlight even though the tree line surrounds this area. This site currently lacks an area for a square tent , but narrow two person is fine . This spot has some great places to meditate or just lounge in the bean bag hut next to the river. More about the property…… I just dare you to take the plunge…. It only a little chilly. Make sure you keep your eyes open when walking the river because you can find petrified wood. Sam my daughter is one of those crafty people so look around for painted rocks., she leaves them all over the property. Please only 1 rock per kid… including the big kids too. Upon arrival you will find an upper driveway ( my place) and a lower ( please honk and let others and myself know your here) the river beach sites is on the left side. The Forest site is down the road and around the corner..

The Little Cabin in the Woods

Totally private, the property sits on a acre surrounded by undeveloped forest. Huge old century-old cedar stumps litter the surrounding woods and you'll see where loggers in the early 1900's cut into the sides to place their springboards. The trees surrounding the property today are mostly fir and alder. The 16'x20' cabin sits tucked back against the forest, looking out with territorial forest and mountain views of the Cascades. Outside you'll find a firepit with chairs and a picnic table for your enjoyment. Off to the side you'll also find our tidy and clean-smelling outhouse. Inside the cabin you'll be surprised at the roominess and open feel given the cabin's dimensions. A counter with sink hides all of your plates, utensils, pots and pans. An L-shaped dining nook seats 3-4 comfortably. Across the room you'll find wonderful wood-stove for those chilly nights, and a pull-out sofa to relax on. A wide ladder leads up to the sleeping loft where you'll find a double -sized (full) futon bed tucked under the window looking out toward the mountains. Given the cabin's size, it is best-suited for couples - though it is possible to sleep 4 with the pull-out sofa. There is a nice flat tent-site at the cabin as well. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at the property at any time. Please note, this is an OFF-GRID cabin with NO ELECTRICITY or RUNNING WATER. You're welcome to bring a portable generator to plug into our lighting system. In the Spring/Summer we have a rain barrel that may provide limited water to the sink for washing only, NOT for drinking.

Ask about Leavenworth Octoberfest transport to and from the Octoberfest! Come stay at a fully-functioning whitewater rafting riverside basecamp! We offer tent camping on-site and group sites as well. We have a small area, but most of it is shaded and right by the river. Learn more about this land: Come camp near the river at a fully-functional whitewater river rafting basecamp!! Our group-style camping area is great for small groups of people or small, two-somes too. We have a total of 4 spots,; 1 is suitable for 2 large, or 3 small tents, 2 are suitable for 2-averags-sized tents, and one is a small tent spot only. Camp spots are next to each other, so not alot of "Wild forest-camping" here. We refer to it as urban camping. Please be aware that there is some traffic noise here, as we are close to Highway 2. Weekend camping is limited, and you may hear the occasional train whistle. WiFi and fire pit included as well as on-site port-a-potties. There is a large communal firepit, but no individual camp firepits, with the option of bringing a propane stand-alone firepit. Small fires only in June, fire ban starting July 1st due to wildfire concerns. No smoking and children are OK as long as they are kept under control. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are spacing camps out more, we have a foot-operated handwash station, and 2 hand sanitizing stations. Per the CDC, we are unable to offer any potable water to anyone this year. Our camping area is somewhat small, does NOT have grass, but area has bark. Please be ready to be respectful of our neighbors and other campers by keeping your music to a low-to-medium volume. Please bring photo ID and a credit card to complete our camper registration form with. In addition, we are a river rafting company, so we may not have anyone present when you show up - don't worry, we are probably on the river and will be back soon! *** Please message before booking to insure we are a good match***

10 acre homestead on the outskirts of downtown North Bend at the base of Mt. Si. Breathtaking view of the mountain, peaceful pastures, amazing wildlife. Walk or ride to all the charm of Downtown North Bend (0.7 miles), The Snoqualmie River (0.5 miles) or The Snoqualmie Trail (0.5 miles). Close to Rattlesnake Lake (6.5 miles) and a huge variety of hiking trails. The farm is regularly visited by elk. During the spring and summer there are usually cows, cats, and two working dogs on the property. Hollow Tree Campsite is private, located on the far side of the pasture, next to a seasonal creek (dry in the summer). For larger groups we offer two adjacent pasture sites, Hollow Tree and Cherry Tree. And for those in a vehicle requiring hookups, Barn Camp is an excellent option. Our property is located approximately 18 miles west of Leavenworth and approximately 17 east of Stevens Pass. The property is 4.65 acres that includes a park that we created. We can accommodate RV's (up to 30 feet), camper trailers and tents. There is a 30amp hookup available and access to portable water. Good food and great beer go hand in hand throughout the summer in Leavenworth. Leavenworth offers delicious authentic German food and traditional German beer. There are some great breweries in town and wine tasting opportunities if beer isn't for you. Visit Lake Wenatchee State Park which is approximately 5 miles from Bear Acres. The lake is surrounded by mountains and is an excellent place for fishing, swimming, boating, and hiking. Explore Icicle Creek, which is not only a beautiful area to explore but offers a range of trailheads to various hiking trails. If you're really feeling adventurous, try hiking the popular and beautiful Enchantments. Whitewater rafting on the Wenatchee River is one of the most popular things to do in Leavenworth. The peak season is between May and June, while you’ll find a somewhat more relaxed experience throughout the rest of the summer. Nestled in the Cascade Mountain Range along the Pacific Crest Trail, summertime at Stevens Pass is full of activities. From hiking the Cowboy Mountain Nature Trail to an 18-hole disc golf course to mountain biking, there is something for everyone. With a variety of trails, mountain biking at Stevens Pass is suited for both beginner riders and the experienced biker. Booking this hipcamp is supporting sustainable living and development! :D If you like nature, there are many features for you. We have an acre of land with an orchard, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, tons of flowers and peace and quiet except for some traffic on Veazie Cumberland Rd. There is a tree farm across the street from the campsite and a blueberry farm across Veazie. Picking time for blueberries is end of July into August. Deep lake is four miles from our house as well as Kanaskit State Park with a river. Mt Rainier is about 45 minutes away. Mt Peak, 1000 ft hike, is 4 miles toward Enumclaw from us. Learn more about this land: Tent, trailer 29 foot maximum length, 29 foot Motor Homes, Sorry, spot for backyard camping. Forty feet from our home separate room with fridge, microwave and bathroom with cotton towels, individual hotel hand soap with shampoo and conditioner, two sinks, shower with a claw foot bath tub, seven foot long, bathroom might be shared with other guests. Cleaned after each persons use due to Covid 19 and just because we are really clean hosts. Campsite faces a Christmas Tree Farm and cows in a field. Blueberry Farm across the street. Traffic noise as Veazie Cumberland is a main two lane road 100 feet from camp. Two parks within four miles. Four miles from the town of Enumclaw. We have a 3 or 8 person tent for rent, a double cot or air mattress, sleeping bags if needed as well all at reasonable rental prices.
