1.5 acre plot located west of Port Townsend near Cape George and Discovery Trail. This forest meadow is a peaceful, private spot to rest and relax when you are not having adventures on the Olympic Peninsula. Perfect for RVs, Camper Trailers, Vans, and Tents! The entire property is rented as a single camp site, so there is maximum privacy and solitude compared to a multi-site venue like Ft Worden State Park. Green Acre Camp is located in a semi-residential, semi-rural area of unincorporated Port Townsend, only 10-15 min drive to main restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions of downtown Port Townsend. RV power pedestal with 30a, 50a, and standard 20a/120v plugs. Pack-in, Pack-out; there is no toilet, sink, or shower. Large vehicles/trailers/5th wheels are welcome! Enter the property on private dirt road connected to Hastings Ave and you may park anywhere in the upper field immediately on left when you enter the driveway. There is a locked shed that houses the well pump, and you can use the water spigot and hose. Water is potable lab tested. Property is shaped like a triangle with Hastings Ave. There is tree cover along Hastings and shared driveway at bottom edge of the triangle. As you continue down the driveway a few hundred yards, you approach neighbor's fence and property line. Main camp site is the “upper field” where there is room for parking and power/water connections. This is conveniently level with the main road and flat. There is “lower field” that is a trimmed grass field right corner next to the driveway, Finally the “back field” is large, grass field and a fire ring across the northern half of the property. The back field has an unused septic system underground, so we leave the grass and vegetation longer here to attract wildlife and preserve the infrastructure for potential future use. No vehicles allowed in back field. In the middle of the property is a grove of pine and cedar trees with thick, native salal bushes and rhododendrons crisscrossed with paths created by humans and the local deer population. Driveway is shared by neighboring property so wave and smile if our neighbors walk or drive out to the main road, and please be respectful of their property line and follow the local culture of 'live and let live'.

We have a very quiet and safe place for anyone to enjoy. If you just want to sit and relax or take your lawn chairs down to the creek with a beverage while you soak your feet. We have the most beautiful sunsets, and if you're lucky, maybe even get to see some elk up close. We are on 30 acres, so many places to choose from to set up camp. Lots of hiking close by. There is a diner right down the street that has bands on weekends. So you can go on down and have a cocktail and listen to some great local music!

Our 28 acres are located in between maple falls and glacier, Wa, directly on Mt Baker Hwy on the way to Beautiful Mt Baker. Ben and I run a chemical free farm, on which we raise 7 and 1/2 acres of veggie and flower. 15 acres of pastureland on which we raise pasture raised chicken, as well as biannual lamb and beef. The remainder of our land is breathtaking pacific northwest forest that is boarded by the Bay to Baker trail. Our campsites range between walk in wooded sites, and car camping sites that are open field sites next to the tree line. We provide wagons in our cart corral area to make it more convenient for the very short walk in. ( no more then a 200 foot walk in) We have a beautiful cedar grove to enjoy for lounging and picnics. The Bay to Baker trail borders our property, so it is just steps away and includes a 45 min round walk to a quaint little waterfall (maple falls). As well as a nature loop trail. You can also walk the other direction on the trail over a boardwalk. This direction walks along the back of the farm and allows you to see the veggie fields from a distance. Yofu can continue on the bay to baker trail for a nice walk. There is a conservation area, just a quarter mile drive down the road. With access to the Nooksack river, that includes several nice swimming spots and a couple nice walking trials. Silver Lake is just 3.8 miles away. It has a great recreation area, fun for the whole family. Just a heads up , you will probably lose service on your drive up here. But you will get service back when you are here. We suggest putting the map in your phone before you leave. Google maps will take you just past the farm, and apple maps will stop you too soon. So you are looking for the large kragnes family farms sign in the driveway. pull in and follo the camping signs to the back.

Nice place to stretch your legs and unwind! The dogs appreciated the extra wiggle room. Only 8-10 mins into the heart of Port Townsend. As noted in the reviews before, the RV spit is right off the road and there is noise but we didn’t find it to be an issue.

Weekend Trip to River Rejuvenation Retreat

This was our first attempt at a larger camping trip with 14 people and this site fit us all fairly comfortably! We had 4 medium/large tents set up and a pop up trailer. Not to mention 5 medium/large vehicles and we still had plenty of room to run around. The private access to the river was great for our fishing friends, the kids, and dog. There is an abundance of trees to provide excellent natural shade. The food prep/cooking area was incredibly handy. It included plenty of counter/table space, a water dispenser, and mini fridge. And our host, Cindy, was friendly, helpful, and patient with our shenanigans. We do plan to return for future camping trips!

Our stay was short but absolutely perfect! We arrived in the dark and were able to easily find our site thanks to the fantastic directions provided and map of the camping area in the parking lot. The site was very well maintained and we were able to purchase wood on site at night to make a fire, which was very convenient! It was clear how much time and thought was put into the camp sites. We would definitely stay again.

Such a cute little campground! Site 3 was very private and well shaded. The walk in was pretty short and the carts made it pretty easy. The composting toilet is the cleanest I've seen. There were some bugs but not too bad!

Campsite 3 felt secluded behind bushes and trees which was exactly what I wanted for my partner and I to enjoy our stay. With a campfire, picnic bench, and enough space for honestly 3 tents this was spacious and way more than what we needed. Running tap water onsite made it perfect for dishes and washing hands. Mike was polite, quick to respond and a humble host. Very great overall experience on his camp grounds.

Had a trip to North Cascades and enjoyed the convenient location to the NP and Winthrop. It’s pretty secluded even though it’s on the main road. Sites are towards the back, hidden within trees so it’s really peaceful. The river is across the street but I was too afraid to access it (spider season). So maybe other brave travelers can reach it in other months. Recommend this site if you’re looking for a place near the park or just a short get away from Seattle.

Great spot right on the river! As other reviews have mentioned, Cindy goes above and beyond to make her space comfortable and convenient. She has put in a lot of work, and it shows. Firewood on site is a huge bonus. Cindy's house is somewhat close to the site, but our group didn't find that it took anything away from our experience.

This was one of the best Hipcamp sites we've tried. Site 1 has plenty of privacy and space, and our toddler loved wandering around and exploring. It has everything you need (fire pit, picnic table, porta potty, and a raised sink for washing dishes). Great jumping off place to explore the North Cascades!

This was my first time using Hipcamp and it was a great experience. Tyne was a responsive and friendly host. Site 4 was spacious and a convenient place to stay as a base camp for 2 days of hiking. Unfortunately we didn’t have time for a campfire but that was a nice option. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed at campsite 4 which was very private and surrounded by big leaf maples! This site was 30 minutes ourltside where we were visiting in the NCNP so it was perfect. Right off the HW so there was some traffic noise but nothing too bad. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone visiting the park.
