One acre wooded lot a quarter mile from the Willapa bay and 1.25 miles to drive on beach access. “Bleat Retreat”- (Site 1) has full hook ups and a hammock stand. “Goachella”- (Site 2) is a back down area with a woody view. There is a communal firepit as well as a solo stove for use by either site. There is a flat grassy space for outdoor games and near all the major attractions without being in a busy area. The property also has WiFi mesh with fiber speeds. Come stay with the family! These sites are for fully contained units and do not have access to a shower or toilet. It is a really nice rv park that is close to the Port of Ilwaco and shops etc. Andy is approachable and interacted with us while we were staying there. We will come back sometime soon. We truly enjoyed staying at The Sand G.O.A.T. It was exactly as described, and as the picture showed. Located on a quiet road. Nestled in a lovely wooded lot. At the north end of Longbeach in the historic district of Oysterville. Minutes from the Bay and Beaches, Parks, Restaurant's. Our hosts were wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit.

This was our second year visiting Jim's lot because it is a perfect setup. Easy to get in and out, great gazebo level site. Super quiet. Full hookup and super clean. 5 minutes yo the golf course and 10 minutes to town. Five stars!!

This venue was absolutely perfect for our family reunion! The host was a phenomenal communicator, helped us with logistics to make everything went smoothly, and was a pleasure to interact with. My family (which is 30 people of all ages and demographics) all agree that we would love to go back for future events. Ample room for people to have privacy, and others that want to be in the mix, to be close to the action. Amazing views, serene environment, and an escape from daily life!

I enjoyed this property and chatting with Andy who is a fantastic host. Andy is the new owner and it's clear he cares very much about the property and guests overall experience. He is soooo nice!! It was super quiet at night and the hot shower was much appreciated. I also thought the property was reasonable priced (water, sewer , electrical) and there is a rest room / HOT shower if needed. I really enjoyed my stay!

This spot is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. There are lakes with swimming close. Although we didn’t have kids, the lakes include playgrounds for kids if they get tired of playing in the water. There are also hikes nearby, there was a fire when we visited so we weren’t able to do the hikes but found plenty to do. It’s quiet, quiet quiet if that’s important to you.
