(Urban Farm Road) Urban Rd, is named after the original owner of this farm and surrounding land. The original barn burned, although they saved the milk house where my art gallery currently is . The barn has been rebuilt, which is a meeting place. And pottery studio. We also have 100 ft hoop house. Enjoy finding all the original farm implements around the property. There are 7 plus a Model A coup. Unique offerings include a health component from meditation classes to sauna and massage.The pottery studio is available for classes or private lessons including Raku firings. Singing Bowls and tuning forks are available on massage or outside. Movement classes are also available in the barn, in the fields or in the Flower of Life meditation garden and labyrinth. The outside garden and 100 ft hoop house is filled with organic vegetables and edible flowers for your enjoyment. The Herb Barn is for drying flowers and creating tinctures and ointments. Maple Sugar at Goodrich's and fresh blueberries and veggies at Blossoms and Berries, as well as Burtt's Apples and of course Cabot cheese. The land is on the crest of the ridge looking East to Danville and the White Mts, and a few feet to the West the entire Green Mts splay before you. The water tastes wonderful, and bubbles up here and there on the property. Our neighbors who also offer camping have sheep, to berries... I offer the healing arts, massage, scar release, the sauna, and other art learning experiences. Please call for arts schedule. *My only request arrive before dark when possible and not after 8pm. Wandering Pines: Camp all year long

Wandering Pines is part of our little slice of magic in the Great North Woods of New Hampshire. Our sites are near our Small House on our 5 acres but all have privacy. We have 7 sites; 2 large campsites, 2 primitive sites and 3 park and sleep sites "Apple Tree Camp" is a group tent site and comes with a large space for setting up 1-3 tents, a fire ring and table. You will have access to water and electric. "Under the Pines" is our Glamping site. This is a very large campsite with a large Canvas tent that sleeps 3. There is room for 1-2 more tents on this site. You will have a picnic area with a picnic table and fire ring. It also comes with a propane stove top, pots and pans and a propane grill. You will have access to electric for charging phones. All our sites have access a primitive outhouse and handwashing/dishwashing station. Our 2 smaller sites are very primitive. "Lower Field" is a tent site only. You will have access to water and the outhouse. Mountain View is also primitive but has a fire ring, access to water and the outhouse. Fire wood can be ordered and at your site. Our last 3 sites are for car/van or small camper park and sleep. There is access to an outhouse and water, a fire pit and firewood available to purchase. In the winter we can have storms at anytime. Please be patient if we need to plow you out. e We have wetlands and overgrown fields so there may be bugs and other animals at any given time. Bug spray is recommended. Although black bears are generally shy and usually avoid humans, they are opportunistic and will search for human food supplies when natural foods are not available. Maintaining a sustainable bear population in New Hampshire depends on minimizing human-bear conflicts. It is illegal to intentionally feed bears in New Hampshire. Intentional feeding can create problems within residential areas and can result in fines. It also may threaten the life of the bear, if it becomes a nuisance animal as a result of this feeding. Please keep your food in your car when you are not at the site and when you are sleeping. The property has views of Mount Martha and the Presidential's. There are trails throughout the property. There is a field to play games, such as soccer, badminton and corn hole. We are within 25 mins of Lancaster, Jefferson, Littleton, and Bethlehem. Small town bars, restaurants, breweries and one of kind views of mountains, lakes, rivers and wildlife. There is hiking galore and more than enough to do for all ages.

Green Mountain Glamping

Bring it! The Lamoille River is a few miles away and a favorite for water lovers. Don't have one, there is a great rental place down the road where you can take one out for the day. Looking for another option to the river? The Belvidere Pond is down the road and offers a peaceful place to paddle around surrounded by the mountains. MAPLE SYRUP/SUGARBUSH Want to learn about the maple sugaring process? We are always happy to give you a tour of our sugarhouse and the woods, and explain how we turn the tree sap into yummy Maple Syrup. (We only boil January-early April.) We do have this year's crop bottled and available for sale! Buy one for morning pancakes, to add to your morning coffee, or to take home! WILDLIFE/BERRIES/MUSHROOMS/FIDDLEHEADS Depending on the time of the year, you can find wild raspberries, blackberries, mushrooms, and fiddleheads. (Please do not pick or eat something if you don't know if it is poisonous!) And, wildlife are around. Look for tracks in the soil, signs they have been there, or if you are really quiet (usually in the early morning or at dusk) you might see deer, geese, or wild turkeys! Orchard House at Peck Farm

The Orchard House at Peck Farm Orchard is the building where we serve our customers during our orchard season September through October. The property is located on a dirt road in rural Vermont and is surrounded by conserved land in current farm use. Please note: This property has been repurposed for the very special event of the full eclipse April 8th, 2024. Travel and weather in Vermont in April can be like summer, like winter, something in between and all of it in one day. Please pack and plan accordingly. Spring(March-May) travel can be very muddy. The building is made of rough cut wood from our farm property and features a cook stove, power, refrigerator and access to an outdoor fire circle. The floor is concrete so an air mattress or better yet a cot is recommended. Is you plan on using the wood cook stove please let us know. While the cookstove can provide some heat and the ability to cook it does not heat the whole building very well. There are outlets for use in the building. There is one string of plug in lights, no other lighting is installed. A traditional outhouse is located just 50 yards from the Orchard House. Drinkable well water is available upon request with 24 hours notice. 2 miles from the Orchard House is a small cooperative country store with food supplies. The Peck Farm Orchard is located on a beautiful 4 mile loop frequently used by runners and walkers. There is easy access to local hiking trails and snowmobile/skiing trails. The orchard and parking area is located on 18 acres with access to trails spanning more than a thousand acres.

Wandering Pines is part of our little slice of magic in the Great North Woods of New Hampshire. Our sites are near our Small House on our 5 acres but all have privacy. We have 7 sites; 2 large campsites, 2 primitive sites and 3 park and sleep sites "Apple Tree Camp" is a group tent site and comes with a large space for setting up 1-3 tents, a fire ring and table. You will have access to water and electric. "Under the Pines" is our Glamping site. This is a very large campsite with a large Canvas tent that sleeps 3. There is room for 1-2 more tents on this site. You will have a picnic area with a picnic table and fire ring. It also comes with a propane stove top, pots and pans and a propane grill. You will have access to electric for charging phones. All our sites have access a primitive outhouse and handwashing/dishwashing station. Our 2 smaller sites are very primitive. "Lower Field" is a tent site only. You will have access to water and the outhouse. Mountain View is also primitive but has a fire ring, access to water and the outhouse. Fire wood can be ordered and at your site. Our last 3 sites are for car/van or small camper park and sleep. There is access to an outhouse and water, a fire pit and firewood available to purchase. In the winter we can have storms at anytime. Please be patient if we need to plow you out. e We have wetlands and overgrown fields so there may be bugs and other animals at any given time. Bug spray is recommended. Although black bears are generally shy and usually avoid humans, they are opportunistic and will search for human food supplies when natural foods are not available. Maintaining a sustainable bear population in New Hampshire depends on minimizing human-bear conflicts. It is illegal to intentionally feed bears in New Hampshire. Intentional feeding can create problems within residential areas and can result in fines. It also may threaten the life of the bear, if it becomes a nuisance animal as a result of this feeding. Please keep your food in your car when you are not at the site and when you are sleeping. The property has views of Mount Martha and the Presidential's. There are trails throughout the property. There is a field to play games, such as soccer, badminton and corn hole. We are within 25 mins of Lancaster, Jefferson, Littleton, and Bethlehem. Small town bars, restaurants, breweries and one of kind views of mountains, lakes, rivers and wildlife. There is hiking galore and more than enough to do for all ages.

Bike trails are being established throughout Cabot, right out the front door. There are ponds for swimming within a few miles., There are many options for water sports minutes away at Joe's Pond, and many others. The rail trails are less than 10 minutes. Maple Sugar at Goodrich's and fresh blueberries and veggies at Blossoms and Berries, as well as Burtt's Apples and of course Cabot cheese. The land is on the crest of the ridge looking East to Danville and the White Mts, and a few feet to the West the entire Green Mts splay before you. The water tastes wonderful, and bubbles up here and there on the property. Our neighbors who also offer camping have sheep, to berries... I offer the healing arts, massage, scar release, the sauna, and other art learning experiences. Please call for arts schedule. *My only request arrive before dark when possible and not after 8pm. I am an old lady and work hard all day to prepare this sacred space for your enjoyment.
