There are dogs that may come visit you as you sit by the campfire. You may even see Deer, Quail, and Blue Birds visiting as well. Plenty of space for 4 wheelers, a Boat, tent and even a trailer. Or just sleep out under the stars. High Fences all around you so no nosy neighbors.
