Access the Paiute Trail directly from our RV park! A private road leading directly to the trail means no crossing streets, no driving along highways, and no trailering your SXS or ATV. We’ll be happy to help you plan your Paiute Trail rides!

Along with the SXS & ATV riding, you’ll enjoy great Utah activities including fishing, hiking, and mountain biking, as well as swimming, rafting & paddle boarding on the Sevier River.

Out on the Paiute Trail, you can visit Marysvale Falls, Barney Lake, Manning Meadows, Monroe Peak, Bullion Canyon & Falls, Hennessy Point, Miners Park, and so much more.

Just an hour and 20 minutes south of us you’ll find Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Capitol Reef National Parks, as well as Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Brian Head Ski Resort, and so much more.

South Forty RV Park features 75 extra-long and wide Big-Rig pull-through sites which easily accommodate any size RV with multi-slides, tow vehicles, and toys! Don’t have an RV? We offer 2 cozy cabins with king-size beds and private baths.

We are a burgeoning co-op farm and native plant nursery.  We are a group of 3 friends who escaped the urban life to be startup farmers.  Our 10 acre property is located in the beautiful Sevier Valley. On a clear night, our dark skies offer amazing views.  We are located near several hot springs and amazing hikes and trails.We offer four different glamping accommodations for you to choose from! Our one of a kind cozy cabin space includes electric heat/AC, lights and fantastic views of the garden. It is nestled into our family garden and includes a picnic table and fire pit. Bathroom facilities are located approximately 30 yards away in our guest common area. Our cozy canvas bell tent is located in our nursery on our boutique farm. It is a simple, unique and cozy spot, perfect for a quick overnight stay or as home base for a few days while you explore. Space is solar and battery lit. When temps dip below 40 we offer supplemental heat. This tent is not recommended for light sleepers. We have a second canvas bell tent as well and a little red cabin near our garden! Showers, toilets, and bins are available for all of our accommodations.

Road to the Sun Ranch

Welcome to Capitol Reef Country! Road to the Sun Ranch is located in beautiful Grover, Utah (elev 7,200') along Scenic Highway 12, one of the most scenic drives in the United States. We are a pet friendly RV only campsite. The property is a short 6 mile drive from the quaint town of Torrey, host of the annual Fort Desolation Festival and 15 miles by car from Capitol Reef National Park. Our location provides RV travelers with an ideal base camp for exploring the natural wonders of this region of Southern Utah and the majestic Boulder Mountain. The property consists of mostly pasture land, desert sage, pinyon pine trees and panoramic mountain views. The ranch is surrounded by some of the most amazing scenery anywhere and endless outdoor opportunities! We have a single (self check-in) RV/trailer/van parking area complete with water, power, sewer, WiFi and picnic table. All guests MUST have their own bathroom, clean up after pets and pack out any trash. We are unable to accommodate tent or car camping anywhere on the property unless you are with a group that has a trailer or RV equipped with a bathroom available for use during your stay and no open wood burning fires are permitted at this time. Max trailer length is 28'. Max RV length is 35'.  Class A motor homes are not recommended.  Livestock enjoy the adjacent pastures during Summer and Fall months typically (June-September). The RV site is available seasonally from May - October.

Welcome to the Farm

Easy access to campsite on a 15 acre farm.  Campsite is close to owners home with access to lawn for tents.  The beautiful sounds of birds can be heard nestlings in the trees.  
If you are lucky you may experience the smell of fresh cut hay and indulge in the fresh home grown fruit in the fall that owners will share with you.
Always relaxing to see the gorgeous sunsets as you sit by a fire or just relax in the great outdoors.  Access is easy via paved county road.
A picnic table is yours to use while sitting in the shade of trees.     The campsite is a single campsite but large enough for trucks with trailers or motorhomes.. The site is close to the many piute trail atv trails in the area and other off road access.  Many beautiful mountain drives both paved and unpaved are nearby.   The site has wifi, electricity and well water,

Darrell's Oasis

Dry camp RV site situated in a historic farmstead. There is no electricity or water connected to the site. In between the Tushar and Forshea Mountain ranges we invite you to enjoy our local scenic beauty and the beauty of the nearby national parks, including Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. This site is also near multiple fishing locations and ATV trails. With plenty of fun for any kind of outdoor activity nearby we have a quiet, beautiful place to rest and recuperate for your next adventure.

High Desert Solitude Torrey, Utah

Almost 5 acres with vintage small cabin, art studio, old stable and a few vintage travel trailers.   Property has what seems like many miles of irrigation waterlines, that we have used to create outdoor sweet spaces. 

Originally rented cabin on a nightly rental site, but wanted to live in our own home.. as this was truly our one and only home that we rented. Love vintage and all kinds of trailers so created 2 sites in the way back of the property with lots of trees for privacy and it's own driveway and entrance. 

Located in the quaint gateway town of Torrey, Utah.. with views of the Boulder Mountains. Capitol Reef National Park is just a few miles down the road. Fremont River is just a few blocks away along with so many great hikes you can take within walking or biking from the cabin. Amazing place where it can be raining and the sun shining. 

We do have two mostly outdoor cats.   They were abandoned and migrated to the property.   One is a sweet big black kitty and the other is a gray striped kitty. Both have been spade and neutered.  We volunteer at our local animal shelter and have to resist bringing them all home.  We also seem to be host to a herd of sometimes 16 deer.   They consider our property their safe haven.
