Learn more about this land:I have a 69 Winnebago that can be used if you would like.  The camp toilet, privacy shelter, and bags are stored in there.  Strawberry reservoir is about 10 minutes away.  Nice Quiet area so be cool.

Learn more about this land:This is a perfect place to home base while recreating at Starvation Reservoir, especially if you have a large trailer or motorhome that you do not want to risk getting stuck in the sand at the Campgrounds. We also offer rentals.This property is right next to Starvation Reservoir. It is in between Knight Hollow and Juniper Point Campground at the Fred Hayes State Park. This is a residential area but the homes here are on 4+ acres, so there is plenty of space.We frequently see deer, rabbits, and an array of birds including bald eagles.  Beautiful view of desert and Kings Peak. We have a bicycle pump track, trampoline, kids play set, farm animals for viewing. We offer additional farm experiences.For our animals' safety, no outside pets are allowed without prior permission and an extra set of rules. Even the best of house pets are potentially a risk for our small farm animals, please let us know if any pets will be camping.

RV's and campers have several places and a circular drive makes it easy to get in and out. Extra parking for second car or ATV. Pitch your tent on our 10 acres with a view from every location. Starlink internet. No utilities. Beautiful sunsets!

Require that campers keep all food stored away in a bear box or a vehicle while not in use.There is abundant wildlife in Fruitland and although I enjoy their presence it takes paying attention to them. Never try to feed them. I have never actually seen a Bear but they are not Grizzlies. No one has ever been attacked but everyone who lives here like I do take precautions like Bear Spray.

No Bears Cougars, Moose or any other large mamals have ever been detected by the security camera.  I have neighbors who practice shooting targets and the wild animals have moved away.
