HIDEOUT ON FRANCIS CREEK

Thanks to all of you campers for my success, The Hideout is now totally electric. No more generator!

Growing up I liked to camp and still do and I want to offer my land as a place for you to do the same.

Accessibility is by bridge or make arrangements for your vehicle to be at the campsite.

We have all the items you need for a successful camping experience.

Throw your necessities in the back of the Kawasaki mule and enjoy a short ride to the hideout or drive to the campsite for a truly memorable campout.

Geared towards camping with kids, you can take a short hike and see the grave of a Texas Ranger. 

Sit by a wood fire and enjoy smores.

Swing in one of the two swings, play horseshoes, corn hole, and take a backroad trip and view local wildlife.
For you fisherman,  enjoy the newly stocked lake and catch some bass. Catch and release.

Sit on the porch and rock in a rocker and read.

We have a peaceful walking path that meanders through the woods. Our campers love to take walks and just rest in the calm and peace among the rustling pines and native timbers.

We have two on site RV's, and event venue, with 3 private bathrooms with showers, a club bar, catering kitchen and so much more! There are several museums in the area including the Mid America Flight Museum - a private museum of 60 vintage airplanes in flyable condition.  In pittsburg there is the Ezekial aircraft and local history museum.  also within 20 miles are major likes for water sports and sport fishing beyond our own famous "Catfish pond".  


Walk the trails amongs the tall trees and 100' tall pines.

Clear water ...as clear as a pond can be that is.

Each year our does give birth to singles and twins.  They are wild so you may or may not realize they are there.  We have several wildlife observation locations near feeders.
