Matt B.’s Land Treehouse!!

This is our family farm, though you probably will not see us much.  The campsite is located on a corner of the property on Cummins Creek and once you get there you will feel secluded in nature.  Matt grew up here swimming, fishing and exploring in this creek...the creek has taught him more about life than anyone ever could.  I hope that you too can understand why we always walk alway feeling like this is a very special spot!  Enjoy pizza oven, grill, fire pit, picnic table, hot tub, swimming, fishing, exploring and knowing your party is the only people that you be on this site.

Update: Off the grid hot tub is back!!!

The boats are meant for one but there's just enough room for a friend (provided it's a dog).

Bring a fishing rod or two to enjoy the creek – while we didn't have any luck, we definitely saw fish rising.

The river goes for miles in either direction but water levels are greatly dependent on rainfall. Dry weather may mean less kayak-able water. 

The treehouse bed snuggly fits two people. BYOSB (bring your own sleeping bag!).

Despite being in the middle of Austin, the farm is quite large. Enjoy rows and rows of green veggies, raised beds, and a large greenhouse!

The campsite is tucked by the fence next to the farmhouse. There's enough space for one large tent or two small tents.

On Wednesday and Saturday, pop-in to the farm store to snag some fresh produce and jams.

We made sure to grab some fresh produce before checking-out.

There are multiple buildings on the property, including a food truck, event space, and store.

We will fill this out laterLearn more about this land:Our camp has four tent 'pads'  (12x12, 10x10, 8x8, 6x6).  They're situated on about 1/2 acre behind the main ranch house, and close to a fire ring with benches.  Just steps away are two outdoor showers (with hot water) and two outdoor toilets (separate rooms) that are connected to our septic system.  This rest area has a sink in between the private toilet rooms.

When that happens the Beautiful SandBar Is NonExistant As The Rising waters Cover it. Hipcamp now offers a weather insurance that you may want to add to your booking just Incase Mother Nature decides to smack us around
