Located at the end of the road. There is over 20 acres. Some cleared and some still in original woods. Trees, grass and deer everywhere. There is over a quarter mile of Brazos riverfront property although you cannot get to the river on all of it due to it being in its natural state. There is a beach at the main camp that provides easy in and out of the water. the water depth varies with the rainfall but is usually between 2-4 feet deep.

The property features a lodge available for rent that houses 35 people, cabins, group campgrounds, tent-sites, a sports complex with basketball, soccer, volleyball and baseball practice fields, four miles of biking trails, and elevated wildlife viewing stations. There are 4 miles of dirt and rock hike and bike (non-motorized) trails and five partially covered docks with moorings and swim ladder on Lake Godstone. We rent UTV's, golf carts, pedal boats, canoes, kayaks and a row boat to help our guests enjoy the lake and the forested lake and upper wooded meadow. Our specialty is serving families and church groups. The entire campus can be rented for large groups up to 100 people. Wildlife is abundant and the spring and summer flowers are beautiful. Come and enjoy the best fire pits anywhere..... and the peace and quiet is pretty awesome a well. An Experience, not a Destination! Wifi is campus-wide and is provided at no charge.

Lake is full of Blue gill, bass, crappie, catfish. Since it's private lake there is no need for fishing license. Guest are welcome to explore most of acreage, pet donkeys, watch wildlife. We have fishing poles, Jon boats, motorized barge available for rent. If needed guests can pitch tents. There is fire pit, gas grill, diving board (when lake is full, as of May water is to low to dive). No food is provided you must bring your own, don't forget your coffee, there is a coffee pot but not coffee. Site is 10 minutes from Stephenville, 3 miles from County Store in Huckabay. Linens, towels provided. Board games, Wii, ping-pong table, outdoor games, trampoline on site. Land owners located across lake and may be on lake or available as needed. GPS should get you here. You will go past Little Off Ranch house, follow road to lake house. Keys will be left out on porch on arrival day. No Wi-Fi or television service at this time. TV is available to use for Wii or DVD/VHS. Large collection of movies available. Pets are welcome as long as they don’t damage home, chase cows, kill chickens or are dangerous to others. There is an extra fee for pets. If children are in, on or near water they should have life jackets on. There are various life jackets and floats available. Use best judgment, safety measures and laws required in TX. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
