Not a large space but you will spend most of your time on the PRIVATE porch and PRIVATE pier fishing, kayaking, swimming, playing games Kayaks & Paddle Boards are available for rent on location...... There is a neighborhood boat launch, Sea Isle is about 3 miles away and has a bait shop, restaurant, Marina Shop, and Bar, and 7 miles away in Jamaica beach there is a grocery store, 2 restaurants, gas station, hardware store, bar, and more.
