There is trails and a creek to hike there's fire pits camping is allowed RVs are allowed parties are allowed. The dock is super cute - fishing poles, a canoe/oar, and relaxing lounge spots! 

Land Of OZ

Land Of OZ is a place of peace and beauty. If you love the sun shine through the trees and beautiful pond surrounded by nature this is the place for you to come. Active chicken coop and garden. This is where we are now but I would love to have your input while here on how to make it a great place for all to enjoy.

Land of Oz! Sidewalk around one pond with bate fishing and a nice dock to sit and enjoy the surrounding beauty of towering trees. A bit of heaven.  There are several camp sites and room for 5 RV parking  hook up water and electric only. Peace and quite with the beautiful trees and ponds

The sun rises over the woods. Makes for a gentle wakeup in the morning.

Chickens, roosters, and ducks roam the farm. 

This was our favorite swing. It had bells that sound like a windchime, and it's next to a garden bed that will probably be really pretty during growing season!

Fruit trees line the sidewalk straight to the spot where we pitched our tent.

You can pitch your tent anywhere you like, but this was our favorite spot. By the pond, surrounded by a creek, tucked into the trees. Felt very secluded, but was still pretty close to the amenities. 

My son enjoyed hunting for dandelions that had gone to seed.

The Indigo Hills Prairie & Wildflow

The very best native blackland prairie known to exist in the world. The prairie is surrounded by trees with plenty of shade for camping. If you get hot, take a swim in the spring fed pond that has cool water currents in certain spots. Or take the kids fishing off the fishing pier, and if they don't catch one, I'll give your money back. Come see us,  enjoy nature and have fun.

Treehouse on the Creek

Almost 20 acres, perimetered by live creek, with towering hardwoods creating a lush canopy for North Texas wildlife.

The property is a homestead that raises Kiko goats. The goats will be thrilled that you took the 50 yard  walk to the barn to hand feed them!
You can walk the tree filled trails along the creek while enjoying all the sights for sore eyes!
Come lay on the mid- field trampoline at days end
and watch the Star filled sky dazzle you ,while Twinkle twinkle little star fills your head in song. Relax while soaking in the hot tub on a crisp cool evening .Or take a soothing cool swim in the pool on a warm summer day. Or just lazy the day away in the hammock below the Treehouse. Play Chef and create the best tasting Smores by the 🔥pit.

Texoma Woods

Campsites surround a fishing pond. Heavily treed and shaded area. Private surroundings outside of city limits. Some sites have a fire pit and some a fire ring, but all have campfire capability. Sites #3 & #4 have parking next to them. Sites #1 & #2 will require a bit of a hike from parking area, so you may want to bring a cart. Property is a few minutes away from downtown Denison, 15 minutes from Lake Texoma and broader restaurant/shopping selections in Sherman, and 20 minutes from Choctaw Casino in Durant, OK.
