Being a part of the Spanish & Mexican Land Grant granted to Francisco Farias by Spain in 1808.....but there is no copy in the Texas General Land Office of this title....the land was confirmed by the Legislature, Act of February 10, 1852, and said tract was also called "Santa Cruz" (Confirmation No. 6 for the County of Starr) My heritage is very important to me. I have followed my roots back to early 1700s. You will have a glimpse of my story. The water container on the property is almost 100 years old.  The stones were harvested from nearby.Learn more about this land:We are a small hole in south Texas.  My paternal grandfather migrated to the Rio Grande Valley and bought his piece of Mis Raices. (My roots)You will witness the most amazing view of the stars @ night.  You will hear and hopefully see the wild.  Birds, deer, rabbits, fresh air.
