I love the peacefulness of this place. We had somewhat of a waterfront view on site C1 of the lake which is part of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. We could’ve had a waterfront view if we chose row E. There are 3 sites there. We had a nice gravel site with FHU. Campground is surrounded by tall trees. The only downfall is the phone service connection. There is WiFi, general store, big dog park, swimming pier, boat dock, and birds constantly singing. It’s a beautiful place for me.

It's a nice stay. We got laundry done, and the showers are nice. There's a big field with a pond for a nice walk with the dogs. I had a question, and the sign on the manager's office had the numbers to call. I got quick help and was very happy. We stayed a week with no issues at all.

Great place to stay! Everything was great! We will definitely be staying in the future. Only disclaimer is that there is an active railway across the street that blows his horn nightly, sometimes more than once. But it didn’t take away from our trip
