Coyote Breaks Farm

The sites overlook the beautiful Canadian River breaks to the north with wide open skies to the west and east to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. These are rustic sites with no improvements. We are just getting started with this so you’ll be able to help us from the ground up. If we are not in a burn ban you’re welcome to have a campfire. There will be opportunities to call up a wild coyote or watch some mule deer or an occasional antelope stroll by. You could even be awakened by the horses on their way to water in the morning and we can set up some horse riding if we have enough notice to schedule time off from the 9-5 haha. Can’t wait to see you on the prairie!

My home is located within River Falls gated community on the West side of River Falls airport supplement. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WITH HOST. The property is located within Amarillo city limits “in the country” to the East of Lake Tanglewood (private). It is recommended to have a vehicle to get around Amarillo/Canyon.  The property is conveniently located within 20 minutes of downtown Amarillo (North) and 20 minutes of downtown Canyon (South). 

Airplane runway and taxiway is within walking distance however it is recommended that you have transportation to get to the property.

Experience privacy, peace and quietness. It is a great location to escape the city noise and bright lights. So, come and sit under the stars in Amarillo! Dry camping or hookups available.

 4WD is NOT required to access this site.

The space is located next to a 60’x80’ metal building (Barndominium) with extra space to store a motor home, motorcycle, boat, ATV, etc.  It is a drive-up campsite next to a barndominum that may be shared with other guests.  It is located on 2.5 acres of unfenced natural landscape.

Our RV parking is right next to the community center and can accommodate the largest rigs. Our tent camping spaces are spread out for added privacy and we have a dumpster on site. When you camp at Mariposa you have privacy and great views

to explore while being a short 5 minute drive outside the restaurant and hotel district of Amarillo. Come enjoy the beauty of the Texas panhandle at Mariposa!

The Silos RV Park & Campground

Water, electricity, free WiFi, picnic tables and large trash container at each site! Perfect home base for your Palo Duro Canyon State Park adventure and exploring everything else the Canyon/Amarillo, Texas area have to offer. There are 2 private shower rooms for your use and also a coinless laundry facility that can be booked online for your convenience. There is also a storm shelter onsite.

Your RV site is located in the country where you have unobstructed views of the spectacular sunrises and sunsets the Panhandle of Texas is known for. It's also a perfect place to stargaze since it's away from the City lights.

Also available to rent on the property is a cabin room, 5th wheel (stationary) and large guest home (through Airbnb on our website)

Akers RV Park

We are a small RV park in a mixed residential area of Clovis NM.

Our park has a nice neighborhood feel. We have large trees throughout the park. Think Shade!

We have 36 full size spaces with full hook-ups for self-contained RVs (50/30 amp electric service, city sewer connections, water).  We also provide free high speed Wi-Fi service.

Our park is fully landscaped.  Grass, trees, and shrubs throughout.  You won't be staying in an empty dirt field!

We are just 4 blocks from Hillcrest Park and zoo.  It's the largest green space in Clovis. It contains a walking/bike path, dog parks, a splash pad, zoo, and much more.

There are a few restaurants within walking distance from our park, as well as convenience stores.

Come stay the night, week, or as long as you like!
