There are also a few honey bee colonies scattered on the property. Open grassy areas as well as tree covered areas. This is a quiet neighborhood and wildlife is abundant. You may hear coyotes and a great horned owl at night. There is a honey bee themed gift shop on site that is regularly open Thu-Sat 10-6 that offers tastings and tours. There is a restroom and small sink area connected to store that is open 24 hrs.
There are 2 LONG RV spots up to 45 feet in length BUT, they are back in only and the turn around area is tight if you have a BIG RIG. The 2 camper van sites are (Site 1) 32' and (Site 2) 22'. Ask me if you want to know more!

There's hot water and pretty everything you need near the campsite (a short uphill walk, maybe 2min). However, there's no table, lights, or water on the campsite, so to be prepared. The view is great and the toilet and shower are clean!!

Our group really enjoyed their stay at 13 Acres Retreat - we tent camped in the Magic Forest Area which is a few min hike down from the common areas and cabins. It was quiet, peaceful with amenities close by - having hot coffee available was such a bonus! The common area and the sunset deck were very pretty and the heated toilet block was a nice plus. The outdoor shower was great, with properly hot water. And it was a short 10min drive from Reimers Ranch, perfect for short hikes and sport climbing. Highly recommended!

My stay was fabulous. I was greeted when I arrived by Tanya and soon met her sweet bitsy Yorkie baby. I was fortunate to get there while the store was still open. So many beautiful bottles of delicious honey that I shared with my son and daughter. They were thrilled to have local honey. Thank you Tanya I will be back!

The RV ranch spot is secluded, quiet and lovely. Plenty of country. Plenty of privacy.
They have full coverage, a lovely home and a very kind family. They also have cows and chickens and eggs that you can buy. We're lucky enough to have been able to stay a number of times with them and we can't wait to do it again.
There's also quick and easy access to the river!

Tanya's property is a great home base for spending the day (and evening) hanging out in Austin, which is what we were in Austin for. Close enough for traveling into town, but far enough away that you feel like your a bit beyond the suburbs. You also have easy access to locations west of Austin.
Our lot was level and plenty big for our truck and teardrop trailer and the bathroom was easily accessible and clean (and outdoor shower, which we did not use). Tanya was very friendly and accommodating.
I would definitely recommend Tanya's property for your trip to or through Austin.

Super cute and great campsite! Includes clean flushable toilets, sinks with running water/hand soap, outdoor showers with hot/cold water (very spacious to put your stuff without getting wet), lots of hammocks and benches. Only downsides are no potable water to use/refill (even though it is marked as "potable water available" on the website), and the primitive campsite is a little farther away (downhill) from parking/toilets. Otherwise, great campsite and includes free yoga/classes, and has a 24/7 mini market with food/coffee (venmo).

Nice level quiet site for our Sprinter van. Loved having a bathroom available. Tanya is an excellent host. Even gave us some banana bread. Bees were not an issue. We didn’t see any. The Honey Store had several varieties of honey and bee pollen as well as some cute bee related items for sale.
