We have 5 acres available to guests that is surrounded by pastures and forest.  There is a creek bordering the property that is dry much of the year and flowing in the spring after heavy rains.  There are trails to the creek, and a road along the pastures.  Wild blackberries grow along the drive in the spring, beauty berries in the summer, and grapes throughout the property. A great off-grid stay with septic, well water, and solar or generated power.  

We are pet friendly - please contact us to ensure your pets meet our (minimal) requirements.  Please clean up after your pet and an additional security deposit may be collected.

Our property is meant to be calming, fun and relaxing.

Camping with class is what we like to say.

We are constantly upgrading our areas and property to be safe and entertaining.

 Our pond is charming and the focal point of the camping adventure.

 We have a paddle boat and an electric john boat to toodle around in.

 Want to go fishing? 

The pond is stocked with bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill and perch.

There is also a small island we call “Angel Island” that you can fish from or just sit on the deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view.

There is a riding/walking trail that is approximately 0.7 miles in distance and basically encompasses the perimeter of the back area.

Walking is common, bikes are welcome and small 4 wheelers are also welcome.  No side by sides please.  

You won’t be over crowded here as we currently only have 7 total camping sites.  However, we do have enough property to accommodate large parties, reunions or any other type of get-togethers.

 Come see us and enjoy time away from the fast paced city!

 You might hear the sounds of the coyotes yipping in the night or perhaps one of the great horned owls calling out from a big oak tree.

 You may also see some deer, rabbits, squirrels and even armadillos.

** Special note - We have a very nice fireworks show on the property above the pond on the 4th of July weekend that all campers are invited to enjoy.

Briers  Ranch Primitive Camping

Briers Primitive Camping is about a half-mile thru two pastures off of FM 244. Some pasture, some woods, creek, gullies--lots to explore.

We also can provide rentals of camping essentials, a S'mores package and we offer a  meet the ponies session that can be scheduled upon your arrival.  We can’t wait to host you! Also, the lake cabin is the only guest accommodation on the ranch, making it a true get away.The lake cabin at B2 Ranch is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin overlooking a 3 acre spring fed lake. The newly furnished cabin includes a king size bed, a pullout sofa, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, tv with dvd player (no cable or satellite), and coffee maker with coffee. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are also included. A fire pit with cooking grill is located just outside the cabin as well as a charcoal grill.
